I drove up from Arlington because they had a FB ad for Gen 2 AirPods. I checked and the serial numbers didn't match the packaging. They were trying to sell Gen 1 AirPods in Gen 2 packaging. I told him these were Gen 1 and not Gen 2. The owner tried to convince me that these were Gen 2 and that they made a wired and wireless version (dude, I have access to the internet on my phone in my hand, they did no such thing). My Asus laptop battery was not charging well. I had researched online and found most people took the battery out and put it back in & sometimes that worked, but often they had to replace the battery. I was clear that this was what I wanted done and only this. The staff was agreeable and eager to help, (didn't try to push other services or try to be tricky) and after trying the battery reset didn't work, they ordered me a battery replacement. It took a over a week, but they communicated with me and were apologetic about it. Luckily, it is my play top, not my workhorse, so I was fine. When the battery came in, they called right away. BEWARE. They are Running Craigslist scams. I drove 45 minutes to their store to buy an iPhone after communicating via email. Once I get there they tell me that they had the wrong price and offered me the phone for more than double what I have been talking to them about via email. They clearly had it advertised on craigslist. I showed it to him with the emails, and The man in charge looked at it shrugged his shoulders and said well it's the wrong price I'm sorry. That's when he said I can sell it to you for $120 it was advertised for $50 They should have told me that before I drove that far or honored the price once I got there. read more

***BUYER BEWARE*** I live in WV and I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet from this company's ebay store (their ebay name is dfwonline) in November 2017. I just received a visit from my local sheriff's department who informed me that the item I purchased from this company was reported stolen out of Texas and was tracked via tracking software installed by the company it was stolen from. The sheriff's office seized the tablet and was going to send it back to the original law enforcement agency in TX. I contacted Laptop Zone (dfwonline) and they said they would refund what I payed for the item to my PayPal account however its been a week and they are no longer responding to my messages. This company may be great at fixing computers but I would highly recommend not buying one from them as it seems they have no idea where their inventory is coming from and whether their items are stolen or not. read more

The workers are excellent the owner is an ASS they quoted me 40 to 60 for a hinge replacement over the phone and when the owner found out he tried to jack the price saying it may dificult to replace(I provided the replacement piece) he upcharged me $100 and my computer now wont work. They messed up the cables that run trough the inside of the hinge. I went back and tried to pay again to get the other problem fixed but he refused service even after one of the employees agreed to take a look give me a quote and yes the employees are authorized to give pricing. These guys are great! My Toshiba laptop was running extremely slow - like 1 minute to load Gmail. Jacob suggested I reset the unit to original specs, then bring Windows 10, etc. all up to date. Said I could do it myself or he would do it for $40. I went home and followed his instructions.By that evening everything was updated and running great (no more 1 minute web pages).
