I was hoping he could retrieve the data from the old one and transfer it to the new laptop. He not only was able to save my data but he also was able to repair the old laptop and reload the data. Ernest the owner is not only very knowledgeable but a really nice guy. He was able to explain everything so even a old guy like me could understand. He explained how it's a good thing to bring your computer in for regular maintenance to help keep it working fast. His prices are very reasonable. If your computer is giving you problems take it here. I am going to bring my wife's laptop in for a checkup. Thanks Ernest.

One day I brought them into this guy, and he said there's nothing he can do for a computer getting wet, but he can look at them. We had a small conversation while I was there, and he insulted me. When I returned to pick them up, he charged me a service charge for each computer, and he never even opened them. He opened one of them and checked it out, but knowing they were all dead for the same reason he didn't bother with the other two. He took them knowing he couldn't fix them, and never even put a screwdriver to them, to look inside. He offered to discard them for me, because they're harmful to the environment to throw away. And I said "no" because I know they get money for non-working computers. And I paid the $45 because I know he expected me not to and wanted to con me out of them.
