They were contracted to deliver a Satvaa mattress. Received a text the night prior that someone had to be at the house in a two hour window but the driver would call when in route. I said how I couldn't take 2 hours off work but I work 20 mins away, so if the drivers could call I could head that way. She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. You've been warned. read more

We had our mattress delivered by these folks and they were genuinely fantastic: friendly, professional, and careful. I never like having random people come into my home, but I could immediately tell that these guys were trustworthy. They made sure to offer to take their shoes off, and helped me clear the path to get the mattress upstairs. Their business card is going to live on my fridge for the next time we need to move something. Highly recommended! read more

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Rondell and his moving partner were professional, courteous and friendly. They were on time and had great communication before and during the move. They placed a drop cloth by the front door and took off their shoes each trip. They were extremely efficient and careful with the furniture. Prior to leaving they asked if there was anything else we needed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you! read more

Wanted to put in this review of Pure Precision Moving AFTER they completed the job I called them about. I previously left one review leading up to the actual move.The job was to move a large cabinet from another residence to mine. I was so grateful they took the job. I had called around locally and all movers estimates, charging by the mile, were TWICE the charge from Pure Precision! They all started their fee from their office forward & back as well, to their office. I know that can be a standard, but this mover did not use that as their starting point. In the same way, Pure Precision's charges were so much lower. As far as their service, they treated this cabinet very gently. They wrapped it in a padded material, then wrapped the whole cabinet with a clear plastic, then secured that. Then they secured it to a wall in the van. The person that sold me this cabinet called me to tell me how gentle they were and gave them a thumbs up! Additionally, when I called initially, I was contacted by John quickly by email and continued communicating until I found a cabinet I wanted to buy. They not only treated me well but also my new cabinet. This was a small time move but I was not treated that way at all. It has been important to me to let you know all this because when service is this good from beginning to end, it deserves to be told and they deserve to be recognized. You will not he disappointed if you have them working with you on your next move, large or small. read more

I ordered 90 prints from them recently for an upcoming art sale. All I have to say is they are…read moreincredibly accommodating. I ended up ordering my prints with a very short window for them to ship in time and I misunderstood the site and chose hard copy proofs without taking a second to realize that hard copy proofs also have a shipping time (duh on my part). However when I emailed them asking to change the proof method, not only did they do it with no issues, they also responded to my email very quickly and very kindly. When I later also received hard copies in the mail (I'm assuming they had already shipped out before I asked to change the proof method, or there was a shipping cost involved that they wanted to not steal from me) they did come considerably damaged. To me it's no harm no foul, they are proofs and are essentially extra to my order + the print quality on them despite the shipping damage was very good. This made me more worried about my full order as I spent a large amount of $ on them after spending weeks trying to pick a printing company. But, when I emailed yet again, they responded to me by apologizing about the proofs and then telling me how my full order was in much more secure packaging. I'll be receiving my order this Friday, so I have yet to know if they will come unharmed. Overall, I think CatPrint is a pretty good service for small artists like myself doing art sales. The prints are definitely not full archival quality but they are definitely good enough for people like me. On top of that they were incredibly helpful in helping me fix various issues, one of which was entirely my fault, without making me feel like a burden. I do think they need to package their proofs better by at the very least placing a piece of cardboard as a backing in the envelope. In a world of big companies like Amazon, it's nice to be able to support a small business run by real people. I hope to use them in the future.

I'm updating my review because I really tried to like them after I supported them for YEARS prior. I began using them a while back and a year ago I began using them again but my backings were wonky. I gaslit myself saying it's because they're a small company and learning pains ya-da-ya-da-ya-da. I thought they had gotten their stuff together but it doesn't seem like they have which is wild because the $ I give you doesn't come out of thin air. I see so many artists using them on social media. They keep advertising themselves to artists and making themselves a go to business FOR artists and their prints but the quality in printing is not ideal if you want quality nor is the shipping handled correctly. On top of that, Their go to is "usps handles packages how they handle it and we have no input in that". I'm aware of shipping companies and their notorious ways of handling packages, that's a given. But the prints are packaged and damaged in transit due to the poor packaging on their end which is INSANE because you pay as much for the shipping as you do for prints at times. If I'm paying you for a service out of my hard earned $, I expect to not have headaches and for you not give me any more. I assume you will facilitate the process on your own. How are you servicing others while messing up print colors and having artists calibrate for you when they don't have calibrated monitors ? We can't see what you see on YOUR end? Don't other humans I'm the company SEE these prints before they go out that they don't match the original artwork colors? Any regular Joe will be grateful to get their stuff printed here but if you're looking for specialized prints for collectors and artwork, this is never going to be that place ,unfortunately. 1 Star for Kathy. She's probably the only one holding that place together with her customer service skills. ‍

He's been doing this since he was a young teenager and you can tell. Don't let the "messy" workshop fool you, I am sure the owner has a system going on. The costs are super reasonable and he won't oversell you on repairs or treatments. He charged $7 for a shoe shine and to apply dye to the heel and edges of shoes. He also charged about $60 to repair 2 pairs of dress shoes, including replacing the rubber heel covers for both shoes and also doing some repairs on the sole (without needing to re-sole). He seems like an honest and hardworking individual and I will be going back to him for any future shoe repair needs.

The guys were great at loading our truck for our move. All items were arranged for maximum volume and security. We had no damage when we unpacked at our destination out of state and we were pleased at how much they were able to pack in the truck. They were easily able to move a couch (heavy electric recliner) that a previous moving company couldn't even manage to get out the front door! I highly recommend these gentlemen! read more
