Woohoo! As good as it gets!!! Definitely defines my experience with Computer Systems Service. I have never been happier with a business than I was with this computer repair store. I made a stupid move and upgraded my operating system to the new Windows 10....BAD MOVE to say the least. I began having one problem after another. I guess just because it's FREE doesn't always mean it's GOOD and you should take it! My computer got so bad that It was almost unusable, My girlfriend told me about this "family owned" computer repair store in Wexford. She was very pleased with them as well so I figured I would try them out. My husband and I like to support the small family owned businesses in our community, and I am so glad that we did. The owner, Joe and his wife spent time going over our options with us. They are very reasonably priced as well. To sum it up, Joe installed a more stable Windows operating system (I believe it is Windows 7 Pro, but don't quote me on that as for I'm not very computer literate) for me and put all my photos and music back onto my computer. I paid the bill and I was on my way. All in all my experience was a GREAT one and I met 2 wonderful people that really made me feel more like a friend than a customer. Great service, great people, quick turnaround on my three laptops I took to them last week... They offer premium service if you are in a hurry and need to get a project completed when your computer suddenly dies... I have been going to them for years and seen the couple "negative" reviews from people that they actually had hired for work at their home which caused issues and now they attack their business which is downright wrong! I got the entire story from them which I was aware of previously. I have to laugh and click the "funny" tab when I read them as for I know these people personally also since I have been taking computers to them for so long and knew right away these were fake reviews from people that were never even at their beautiful shop. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone in need of GREAT SERVICE!! and to anyone that supports their local family businesses. I must admit, I have lived in Wexford for 20+ years and pass this business almost everyday and I NEVER realized it was there. I was in desperate need of repair on my extremely slow Windows 10 computer. I have never been more frustrated with a computer until I took the "FREE" upgrade to Windows 10. That was the worst thing I could have ever done. I dropped my system off at Computer Systems Service and all I can say is Joe saved the day and my sanity!!! He reinstalled my system back to Windows 7 and it is running like a dream!!! Just picked up my computer from Computer Systems Service and couldn't be happier with the services I received. When I first came in, I talked to the engineer himself. I explained what was going wrong with my computer and mentioned how I thought I needed to replace the entire computer. The engineer was very helpful and explained that it wouldn't be necessary to pay for all of that when he could just wipe the operating system clean and reinstall a new one. Instead of paying for a new computer, I had the engineer evaluate and repair my computer (he even recovered all of my data so I didn't loose any files or pictures!). I've had my computer for over a year since, and it works like a brand new computer! We were recommended by two separate couples that praised these people. Apparently been customers for years by the way they talked. I took my computer there and was so happy I did! They gave me pricing and waited patiently for my decision. I called back and gave them permission to do as recommended. When I picked up the computer, the owner came out and answered all of my questions in detail and never rushed me off like others do "post-sale". I called back about my printer and he even helped me on the phone for free to get it set up. My Dell Laptop computer was infected with malicious programs and viruses and would not even let me log onto my account. I took it to Best Buy to see if they could fix the problem and they said they could, but the price would be around $400, so then I took it to Computer Systems Service to see what their prices were. The evaluation, "cleaning" and the reinstallation of the software was less then half the price that Best Buy charges. I obviously chose CSS to fix my computer. I picked it up 4 days later (compared to Best Buys' 15 day repair) and the computer has been running perfectly ever since. CSS is BY FAR the best place to bring your computer for repairs and/or for operating system installation. read more

Had an old laptop that crashed and I didn't want anymore but needed the photos and files recovered so I called Computer Systems and Kelly was great. She gave me a price range and said I could come in anytime Monday - Friday. I walked in at 5pm closing time Friday and dropped my laptop off and Kelly called me early the next week to let me know my hard drive and flash drive with data was ready for pick up. Very efficient and the shop is convenient for me so I gave them my other laptop that was infected with a virus and they removed it and installed the lifetime anti-virus software all at reasonable pricing which surely had also saved me the trouble searching for new protection etc. etc. read more

I used to be a customer of Classic Computer but since they closed, I found myself in need of another computer repair shop. That's when a friend recommended me to Computer Systems in Wexford. That was the best recommendation I have ever received from anyone. I was highly satisfied with the repairs that they performed on my computer. It even works better now than the day I bought it. #1 in my book ! Would never go elsewhere... My Best Buy days are over since I found this place in this little plaza in Wexford. This is my 2nd time here and they have been so nice to me and my husband each time we have had our computer fixed here... I have to tell you, this man running this place is so knowledgeable with all aspects of computing... I seen the certificate on the wall the first day that says he was Microsoft Certified since 1999 and decided to "pick his brain" and I was just so glad he gave me the time of day unlike other places I have been in the past. I live in the South Hills and I had a very hard time locating a local computer repair store to fix my work computer. After a google search, I found Computer Systems Services in the Wexford area. Let me just say that the 35 minute drive was WELL WORTH IT!!! I had the computer evaluated, repaired and back to me in record time. I was also pleased with their honesty. I recently took my PC to Computer Systems Service to get fixed, and couldn't be happier. The price I paid to get my computer fixed was half of what Best Buy charges. The service was great and my computer was fixed within 2 days!! Compared to the 2 weeks that Best Buy told me that it would take to get fixed. Just picked up my computer from Computer Systems Service and was pleased with the job they did. The computer had over 600 malicious programs. He removed all of my data and cleaned the computer of all of the 'junk' and reinstalled all of my information. He also threw in a few 'extras' saving me money. This place is absolutely terrible, do not trust this business with your data or your hardware. He will use it against you to extort you. I just picked up my computer recently from this business and I could not be happier. They fixed everything I asked for perfectly and now I can get to the internet and no longer have these crazy popups appearing. It seems as though their price was so much better than what others are telling me they paid elsewhere for the same service. I normally do not take the time to post any reviews on companies that I use... but I experienced an "above and beyond" service which was provided by this small business. I will never go anywhere else and especially with the Big Box Stores that don't know anything other than what there meetings tell them to say to customers....
