We picked up the laptop and brought it home. Several days later, we were contacted by the owner (Ilhan) who expressed concerns. He (Ilhan) had us take that laptop to another location to be shipped to his recommended technician in New Jersey. Spoke with the owner today and it seems we need some additional inspection.
