Teddy, one of the associates at the garden area explained where each Type/size is more appropriate to use which helped me decide which one to get. Teddy was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. He also offered to help me load the merchandise in my car since I'm elderly. last week I went to HD again to buy flowers . He came over and asked if I needed help since he saw me looking at the hanging flowers which was above my reach. He did not recognize me but I reminded him of how he helped me the last time I was at the store. Teddy is such a nice young man and Home Depot is fortunate to have him as Employee.

ordered 13 new windows ( simonton 6500 series) with installation on september 2025. 9 months later…read morestill waiting for substandard , unsafe window wrapping to be fixed. also waiting for window quality issues to be addressed. 6 install dates scheduled by home depot. 3 canceled by home depot,( 2 canceled within 1 hour of appointment, 1 canceled after dinner the night before). numerous emails up the corporate install chain without any resolution. site visit by home depot install manager on tuesday. HD manager stated would get back to me by business close friday, its sunday without a response. one window, installed broken in december, took till may to replace.

William was more than willing to help me in a pinch. I drove out to the other shop (an hour away), grabbed my iMac 27", picked up a 4TB hard drive from Best Buy and William did the replacement. Now you may be thinking, this is no big deal, its just a hard drive, but NO. On the 27" iMac computers you have to unseal the glass and remove it to access the inside. This is a PIA! It takes a few hours and you need the right tools. Along with that you have to be able to put it back together. This is also a PIA!!!! Don't believe me? Google it. Not only did William help me in selecting the best HD for my computer but he did the full repair and data transfer in less than 24 hours!! William has become a highly recommended resource in my book. If you live in the area or are visiting and need help with your PC or Mac, you won't find a better person for the job than William. Thank you William!

I was happy that he was available on the following Saturday. He scheduled at a convenience time for us. Ilia kept us in the loop with his ETA. He diagnosed the freezer and knew exactly what it was. The $80 dollars that we spent for him to come over was put towards the repair and parts. Two days later he came back with the parts and told me it would probably take around 4 hours, and surprisingly he was done in three. Ilia was neat and polite and I highly recommend him to anybody that needs their appliance repaired.

I am in now flying back to Tx without a working computer. Not to worry, he told me to mail it back to him. He would fix AND he did not charge me for shipping. It gets BETTER ... Not only did he stand by his word but my computer arrives with a hand written note and a local newspaper article about my son and the role he booked in this big film in NYC! I hadn't seen the article because I didn't live there (I just saw it online) and there it was! He took time out of his day to realize that this was my son and there's no way I could have gotten the local newspaper. Well if that's not service PLUS a perfectly working computer, than I don't know what is. GREAT job Aurora ... thank you for thinking of me more than just a $ sign!
