It was a disaster but after having the laptop for several hours during one day, I was assured by their technicians that the laptop wasn't dysfunctional. This gave me peace of mind. The office was clean and the work areas organized and well maintained from my view at the front counter. The people there were helpful and respectful when communicating with me. I think the only area that I might suggest to improve in is better more timely communication. No one was rude or anything like this, I just think that no more than 2-3 hours should pass before the tech's should phone the customer just to keep them updated on the status of the work; even if they are still doing diagnostics. Other than that, my exposure with this company was minimal but I would return to them again if I needed to.
