I showed them the site, the desired jewelry item, and there staff was able to match it. No, the price was not the same. There was a 23% increase after taxes and all. I'm ok with this. I have a local business, who sized her hand, made the adjustments to the item, and I have a warranty, and a place to have the jewelry item maintained. Top notch customer service also. I didn't realize there was this store here that is fairly close to my house which is nice. I stopped in and they only charged me $40 I think or $45 to tighten the ring. They were very nice. Unfortunately the ring got loose again, but they tightened it again without any charge which was very nice of them. When they were tightening my ring I was walking around and looking at the other items they had and they looked very nice. A variety of different jewels and stones available. I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. He said that he's never seen that color before. Definitely recommend them for jewelry and other services they provide.

Seeing his hat making process is definitely an experience. Since we last met in 2021, prices did increase. I suggest asking for pricing at the time that you're inquiring on appointments. Also, we learned that if you are interested in a specific color, when you call they can let you know if they have it in stock or when they plan to have it stock. It took me quite a few months to be able to get my bracelet back from Palace. But along the way Brooke was always available to answer questions. This place really came in clutch when I was in need, and they even loaned me what I actually needed, compared to what they originally offered. I run a veterans owned and operated gun shop in Carson City and we gave the owner a flier for a Veterans discounted CCW class last week, in which they hung it up for us. But since I decided to park in C Street because my mom is a visitor, and disabled, they decided to rip down our flier and throw it in the trash. Really, I've spent money here! I bought my mom a purse, I have bought hats, watched, belt buckles, etc. But because I parked (not even in front of there shop, it is in front of the old CLOSED down Mark Twain Museum) now I get treated this way? Fine, no more business from me! Every time I am in VC, I spend money almost everywhere I go, you know, supporting local businesses and stuff.
