I had to come here to complete a job application. This is a clinic, yes it does get busy and they do take people in order unless there is some seriousness to the injury. I came here figuring it would take an hour to get everything completed but it took a bit longer, I am sure they have the reason, but since I did not ask I really do not know why. I was treated with respect, the people that work there have fun, but yet they treat you with kindness and respect. Let me tell you when you are getting things done here, that is really all you can ask for. This was my first time here, and as someone else said I came here out of convenience and to get a physical for the DMV. My appointment was for 10:45, and I left the building at 1:15pm. (1 hr 15 minutes in waiting room, and 40 minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor!) Now the paperwork I had to do beforehand probably slowed down the process, so I can understand that. And there was only one doctor working here in the midst of holidays. If they know that there are going to be a lot of appointments (including walk-ins), why send all the doctors on long vacations or even keep the office open? I'm not a fan of going to the doctor only because of experiences like today, where you're herded around like cattle and only see the doctor for two minutes. At least all the nurses were amiable, especially Michelle who made the experience a little more pleasant. I'm probably not coming back here, though if any of you decide to, bring a comic book or something to read during the wait. read more

This place is a complete joke and I am so bummed that it is pretty much the only place I am able to get medical treatment from for my workers comp claim. The girls at the front desk are always polite and I'm grateful for that. Today, I had to see the "hand specialist" Dr. Jing Hsieh and she has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen from a Dr. I have unfortunately had to see her twice and both times I had unfortunate experiences with her. She is always in a rush to get you out of there and she never has all of the paperwork she should most definitely have before seeing me. I am the one who always has to give her updated information and that is unfortunate especially when you think you are going to receive medical treatment. If I could go to another center other than any Concentra facility, I absolutely would. Please take the time to review the other reviews on here so that you will know exactly what you are getting into should you decide to seek medical treatment here. There are quite a few other doctors that I have seen since being on this WC claim and they are all pretty bad. If I could give it any number of negative stars. I most certainly would. read more

Worst treatment ever! I got injured at work and company told me to go here. The next day the doctor check on my back it was a blonde short haired lady her name is like stephanie and she check me that im ok and ready to work which i cannot she told me to have an xray and send me to this guy who push me on the wall slightly that my back hurt so bad and i told him don't do it cause it hurt so bad he keep doing it. They did not show my back x ray is like a hidden agenda to me and They just care about the insurance paying them not the patient that they are treating i stopped coming here since then and went to other beware of dr. Curry too he is the fat doctor same thing he will send you back to work even though you cannot work all i can say is just go to hospital and stay at hospital !!!! Not to go to any clinic! read more

Wish I had read the reviews before. This place is really a joke!! Have you heard of waiting 2 hours for a blood test ? Yah, this is that place. And there is no urgency whatsoever, and it's not like there are lots of people visiting. There were three folks ahead of me and they said it will be an hour wait! Sure, eventually room will be filled up and people leaving. Please do a favor and drive a distance for better care from an urgent care facility. I went here with a severe fever. They did a mouth swab test and told me I had one of 3 strains of flu going around. They couldn't do blood work at this facility. I later went to a real doctor who did a blood test that came up positive for Mononucleosis. So, in short, U.S. HealthWorks misdiagnosed me. I will never go here again. Too bad this is the only "urgent care center" in my HMO plan (UHC). read more

This guys are scammers!!! Be aware of them! We went there because my wife had urine infection, we provide them our medi-Cal insurance and they told that it would be for free. After 3 month they are sending bill for $400, seriously??? They didn't do anything, they just took usual analysis, and wrote prescription, the same procedure in any other walk-in clinic costs $60, are you kidding me??? And before we saw the doctor we asked them 3 times, is it going to be free and is our insurance covering that - they told that it would be free!! read more

This place is terrible!!! If i could, I would give them no stars. My company requires us to do a blood test every 6 months as we deal with certain chemicals at our facility, and this is where we get them done from. When I first went 6 months back, i got my blood drawn and a day later they called and said they lost my blood samples....seriously??!!! Then, i went again the 2nd day with another co worker, and this time, the phlebotomist, couldn't draw my blood!! He had to call in another lady to do the work for him...ok fast forward 6 months to yesterday, same exact experience. They poked me three freaking times before they could draw my blood, and I got another call today saying they need more blood to do the test, when they took an additional vile yesterday. This facility is a clinic and urgent care. They take the people with appointments first and treat the urgent care as walk-ins. so if your here for urgent care, expect a wait! the other reviews really scared me about this place but it wasn't that bad of a wait; just under 2 hours from check-in till i walked out. The staff was extremely friendly. I jokingly said no to one of the procedures and the nurse stopped and explained that I can say no if I wanted to! I told her I was joking and she continued. This place is a joke. I've been to other locations that were fine, but the Milpitas location is terrible. The customer service is laughable and the staff is even worse. You're lucky if they even pick up the phone during business hours. My husband tried to make an appt but was told they were all booked then hung up on. I called back and made an appt for him, only to wait for an hour before he had to leave and get back to work. We visited this location several times before we learned our lesson. It's within walking distance from our house, but we will now drive extra distance to a decent facility. Do yourself a favor and find a better place. read more

Had injured my right hamstring during workin Palo Alto and was told to go to any work related injuries so I went to Sunnyvale and waited almost 2 hrs to be seen by doctor then another 1 hr in there holding rooms. So when I was done asked if there was anything close to Fremont and they pointed out to milpitas. When I got here for PT the staff in that dept. was very friendly and helpful, I got to meet Debrah Berger who assisted me in gaining my strength back on my leg using a machine that I wanted to take home...lol. But again, if ever I get injured again I will surely come back to this place. read more

I could give minus stars if possible, My case was transferred to Dr Tran, I read many bad reviews for him but, my insurance from workman's comp sent me there, as soon as He saw my chart He said "I can not do anything for you" without even examining me, when I told him that He just touched my shoulders and told me that they will refer my case to a new clinic. read more

This place is the worst! If you have a choice do not come... I made an appointment for 11:20am arrived 10 minutes early. After 35 minutes of waiting I went to check what was going on. The gal states that she is still typing my information into the system! So I went back and waited over 1 hrs I waited to be taken into a room. Once I'm in the room doctor came in within 10 minutes which was great. She did some test and asked a few questions. Tells me I have 2 issues and gives me an action plan for 1. The other she states I can't get treatment because it won't be covered due to work Comp. (Which my issues are all work Comp related) sends me to x rays (which I waited again 30 minutes) doctor comes back into room the. Tells me I will not be treated. To go to my Primary Care. Even though I have approval for everything! She kept on going into her office in process to ask someone else for "advice " because she doesn't know I guess the answers. I wasted over 3 hrs of my time. Had to call my company back on what transpired and now they are sending me to another office for care. These people are there to get the money and run basically. They do not care about the patients health nor there time. read more

First time I came here I waited 45 minutes before they saw me. I was a walk in so I kinda expected that but was hoping they would see me sooner. The following visits with appointments the wait time was no longer than five minutes. I found all the doctors , therapist ,and receptionist very knowledgeable, efficient and nice. They always had the proper paper work for me to turn in to work. My only complaint is they play lousy movies in the waiting room. LOL. read more

Was then brought to the patient room and waited another 45 minutes. Ok, I could understand if the place was busy BUT there was all but 5 people in the waiting room. Urgent Care??? I think not!!! I am writing this review because I am really happy that my claim adjuster was able to relocate me from the Sunnyvale center to this one in Milpitas. The transition was seamless and I couldn't have asked for better people to deal with than the ones that are there I'm not sure the girls name who makes the physical therapy appointment is but she is a delight I have been seeing a physical therapist whose name escapes me right now but she has been wonderful and I look forward on coming and seeing her for my therapy. that experience I had in Sunnyvale vs The one in Milpitas have been like night and day in comparison. read more

I came here with my mom for her work injury check up. We had an appointment but ended up waiting for one hour and half to be called to the room. We were very unhappy because during the time that we scheduled, they called 6 to 9 patients into the room. We knew they were very busy but they still needed to explain why there were a delay or at least let us know ahead what waiting time was. There was no point to make an appointment. If they informed us the waiting time, we could reschedule or do something else because we had another appointment after this. Overall, this was unacceptable. read more

I was injured in May 2015, I was taken to US Healthworks in Sunnyvale where I waited almost 4 - 5 hrs to get looked at, xrayed, diagnosed. The Indian doctor there had terrible bedside manners and made rude comments to me and my friend who brought me. When my family arrived the doctor made them take height and weight tests "just for fun" she said and then proceeded to say my daughters were overweight compared to her Indian children who were tall and thin! When I was matched with Dr Gay in the Milpitas office I was concerned that US Healthworks was bad no matter where I went! I was WRONG! the Milpitas office has the best facility and a great set of employees! They make me feel good to be there and take special attention to my healing care! One day I'll be healed and won't have to go to this facility anymore and that will be great, but I will miss the staff! Very personable and know how to treat people! read more

I injured my back at work in February 2017.I had originally seen MY doctor and he wanted to do an MRI to make sure I had not herniated a disc and give me a week off to help with healing. Upon letting my work know they advised since I injured myself at work I should go through workmans comp. and I was taken that day. It was close to closing and all the doctors were gone but I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She was nice but a bit of a flake if you ask me. She said I had a muscle strain/spasm and had to go back to work with limited duties and can push, pull, lift 5lbs. (REALLY!) I could barely walk. I asked about an MRI and she put in a request. I had to come back the next day to see a doctor. He was nice but didn't want to hear me and kept insisting my injury was because of my prior disc herniation which I had surgery to fix 2yrs prior. He said he was limited to what he could do for me since it was workmans comp and I had to go back to work with limited duties. He had the nurse schedule my therapy and sent me on my way. The next doctor I saw was Dr Khan. Whatever you do avoid this woman at all cost. She is RUDE, thinks she knows it all, WILL NOT listen to you and INSIST that you do things you cannot physically do. She is very unprofessional. Now the next doctor I saw was Dr. Jackson-Scott. This man is amazing! He explained everything. Showed me my x ray made sure I understood what they were seeing and sent me to a specialist. Dr Jackson-Scott, the Therapy staff and Chiropractic doctor on the other side of the clinic are the reason for the 5 star rating I gave. The therapy staff and chiro doctor are outstanding. They are very friendly and they listen to what you have to say so they can set up the best therapy for your needs. This team never pushes you to do what you can't do. I am getting better and would recommend THERAPY at this clinic to anyone who needs it. The other side of the clinic not so much unless you get to see Dr. Jackson-Scott. read more

This review is long overdue. I have never written a review on yelp before but I've been so bothered by this that I feel like I needed to write one. I came to this clinic in March for wheezing and flu symptoms. When I walked in I was wheezing pretty bad, the staff had zero sense of urgency. I felt like it was the end of the day and I was bothering them coming in as a walk in patient. I was having a difficult time breathing and the intake nurse/MA (not sure what her title was) had zero interest in my condition, I told her I couldn't breathe well and she still had no urgency and acted as if I was bothering her. The Doctor came in and was very nice. She immediately noticed I was not doing well and called her staff in and had to tell them to "hurry up it's an emergency " she prompted them to call paramedics to take me to ER cause my oxygen was low and turns out I had the flu and was having an asthma attack. I thank the doctor for her help and sense of urgency. However, I think the staff need some serious training in prioritizing patients and basic patient assessment skills. People should not sit in the waiting room for 20 minuets and then wait in the room for another 10-15 minutes when they are short of breath. read more

I needed to come in without an appointment to have an injured shoulder looked at. I called in at 12:05 PM and asked how long would it take for a doctor to see me if I showed up right then. The receptionist told me about 30 minutes, so 25 minutes later, at 12:30 PM, I was there. I filled out the paperwork and patiently waited. However, it turned all of the doctors went on lunch at 12:00 PM. I understand doctors need to eat just like everyone else, but why would the receptionist tell me it would only take 30 minutes for a doctor to see me if none of them were even there? Nonetheless, I waited patiently with 4 others that were there before me, and starting at 1:00 PM, more people showed up. Around 1:10 PM the doctors started calling patients in. The 4 before me got called 1st, which made sense, but then they were calling those that came after me. I understand some of them had appointments and others might have had more urgent problems, but at 2:05 PM (1.5 hours after I arrived) I finally went to the counter for a status check, to which I was told at least another hour. How did it go from 30 minute estimate to over 2.5 hours? Since I was on my lunch break, I had no choice but to leave without having my injured shoulder looked at. read more

One of worst places. I had 2 bad experiences. First with my mother as she wanted to take PT after car accident. I got appointment after 1 week n morning of the appointment they call me and say they don't take cases of car accident. Well they should know this when someone calls. Second time with my workers comp case where I was suffering from muscular pull. They didn't even check me properly and asked a few questions said that there is no problem with you & you can go back to work. They took X-Rays which were not even needed. The doctor saw was Dr.Hang Nguyen, she was very rude. Later I went to Alliance network who accepted my case. I think they lack customer service & knowledge as well. read more

This place is terrible for work related injuries. The physical therapy department was extremely incompetent. They gave me exercises that made my back injury worse, thus further delaying recovery. The doctors and physician assistants failed to manage my pain because I was sensitive to NSAIDs. As a result, I was suffering for weeks! They did not know what to do with me so they sent me to a pain specialist for trigger point injections. I ended up going to a completely different medical group as a result of incompetent care. This was by far the worse health care experience of my life. The new doctor took care of my pain quickly and I was back on my feet. If you don't require any sort of intervention at all this place is fine I guess( despite the forever long wait times). But if you have any sort of dysfunction, go somewhere else! read more

I was extremely impressed with the level of care they provided to me especially the Specialty Department (Dr. Jaureguito), Physical Therapy department, and including the entire Staff, and special mention to Ms. Dianne Reyes, PT who is willingly and very dedicated to give her 100% care for my rehabilitation and recovery need.
