He helps me by releasing the tension/pain and offloads the strain on my back. He also teaches me a lot about why I feel pain and has given me personalized exercises to help in my recovery. I'm learning to engage my core and legs instead of overcompensating with my back. I really respect Gary for his high energy and passion to help others! Def recommend seeing him if you're struggling because he has the knowledge and skills to help. Not only am I getting the treatment I need for the pain, but I'm also learning a lot about my body and how to use it more optimally!

Front desk people should be trained on how to address patient's concern and how to communicate better. The flawed check-in policy needs to be reviewed by the management with the front desk people and the therapy staff so that future patients are not subjected to this loophole. I'm also deeply concerned about the hygiene practices. During my appointment, i observed that tables and pillows are being reused for consecutive patients without proper sanitization or a change of protective covers. Specifically, I noted that the massage table did not have its cover changed after the previous patient, and the pillows provided for patient comfort appeared to be shared directly between individuals without any fresh, disposable barriers or laundered pillowcases being replaced in between. As a healthcare/wellness facility, maintaining a sterile and sanitary environment is a fundamental duty of care. Failing to replace table covers and pillowcases between patients poses a significant risk of cross-contamination, including the spread of skin infections, viruses, and bacteria. This practice falls well below standard healthcare regulations and acceptable sanitary guidelines. This is in violation of CDC guidelines, State Licensing and Public Contamination. Dermatological Infections: Transmission of fungal infections (like ringworm), bacterial infections (like Staph or MRSA), and parasitic infestations (like lice or scabies). Respiratory Illnesses: Pillows are directly in the "breathing zone." Unchanged pillow coverings hold respiratory droplets, leaving subsequent patients vulnerable to viruses (like influenza, colds, or COVID-19).

The MRI show that I had fluid buildup, so my primary doctor referred me to see him . He diagnosed my sickness in a few minutes , and didn't show me the images and explain the procedure as arthroscopy. Instead of just drained the fluid. He sent me to knee arthroscopy right away. However, after one month, my knee still hurts and I barely to stand up or walk . At my follow up, he was so careless to look at my incision , or helped me to get up and get down from very high exam chair. I almost fell off the chair. He also talked very rude about my age, he said I couldn't get back to walk normally because I am old ( I was 65 in year 2025). It took long time to heal. He didn't send me to physical therapy after the surgery . Now exactly one year from his surgery. I am handicapped , my knee keeps hurting and I can't walk without a cane. I have new orthopedic at Sutter Hospital in San Jose. He gave me cortisone injection, and said the last step if my symptom isn't getting better. I need to have knee replacement. But, I just had cortisone injection a week ago. My knee is not hurting badly as before. My new doctor also ordered for me a knee brace. I hope my knee will be recovered soon My suggestion if you have knee problems, avoid to see doctor Kale Stidham if you don't want to be a crippled.

A special thank you to my physiotherapist, Ridhi & Phil and her amazing team for their professionalism, dedication, and constant encouragement throughout my recovery. From day one, they created a personalized treatment plan and supported me every step of the way. She modified the plan based on my progress and requirements. The clinic is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with excellent rehabilitation equipment that made every therapy session effective and productive. I also really appreciated their flexible appointment hours, which made it much easier to fit therapy into my schedule. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and improving. I highly recommend California Rehab Center to anyone recovering from surgery or an injury. Thank you, Ridhi and the whole team, for helping me regain my strength and mobility. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me!

I was skeptical of this place because of so many bad reviews, but I decided to give it a chance…read moresince my doctor referred me. My first impression was that it was clean, spacious, and quite busy. I was then assigned to Nadia for my evaluation. She was nice, listened carefully, and came up with a treatment plan for my neck. I have cervical radiculopathy and was not able to sleep at night. I also have some facial pain that I believe is caused by my neck. Nadia gave me fairly standard exercises to do at home on the first day. I came back worse the following week, so I shared all my concerns with her. She adjusted my exercises and provided manual therapy on my neck and shoulders. It felt so much better, and I have been improving weekly. Make sure you let them know what is and isn't working so they can adjust your exercises as needed. I am happy that Nadia is my PT, and I am still seeing her.

But my review is more of the lovely people over at the physical therapy section. I enjoy my therapists...this I say in plural form because since my first therapy session this year (yet again!) I have been dealt by 3 PTs'. My main PT tho is Ms. Pena who is never a bore. Let me tell you that my 4:30 sessions are the funniest and wackiest bunch of people who have the ability to knead on to your muscles and tell you what would help your recovery while keeping everything light and engaging. We would talk about the best facial cleanser and moisturizer for sensitive skin while doing hand exercises...She never seemed to look tired even if it had been a long day so you wouldn't feel awkward to come on your session. TIP: you can be late for your doctor's appointment but never be late on your PT session...they are on the clock and once you're late, you would be re-scheduled...yep re-scheduled. So if you live afar that would suck big time. And this concludes my 199th review.

Trust Doctor Stidham, he is really a very good doctor, very good surgeon. The reason I firmly and…read moresurely that he is one of the best because I just had hand surgery 2 months ago from him, and I wait for 2 months to be sure that my hand gains all the functions and perform normally. First off, I am medical school student so I know how hard and complicate hand surgery is due to complex and sophisticate moves of your hand. So I was doubt and bit worried choosing orthopedic surgeon. And now my result is amazing! Second, I observed doctor Stidham at the surgery center before my surgery. Everyone (nurses, doctors, med. assistants) in the pre-op room knows him and greet him very friendly. He must be a good person first so that everyone will treat him that closely and friendly, second he must be a good surgeon so that those doctors gave him that respect. I read lots of reviews about the office where doctor Stidham is working at before calling to make my first appointment. There are a few reviews that really made me worried. But now, after seeing doctor Stidham and had surgery done by him, I guarantee that doctor is the person to trust. Doctor Stidham told me that I will gain about 80% of my hand function after the surgery, and I wait 2 months to check, and now I can say my hand gains way more than 80%. So happy that I made the right decision.
