At the end of the day, I want to let you know that I decided to to not treat you as I wanted to see an MRI which you refused me to send you out because you wanted it done at Washington hospital. This was my professional decision so please respect that. . I also stated that once you get the MRI that I would be happy to review it with you and give you my opinion. Unfortunately with your history of the lupus and also the prostate cancer it is important for us to screen the patient one extra step and not cause further damage. That was my second opinion for you. In the past I have sent referrals to Washington hospital for Imaging and it was denied unless the primary care provider at Washington wrote the prescription. I'm truly sorry that you are this unhappy with our interaction as my intention was to make it clear that no one should be performing further treatment on you until you have an MRI taken and reviewed to see if its safe to provide the treatments. But after 5 years it was still a rollercoaster of eczema coming and going and getting very severe at times, making it hard for her to sleep at night. I came here and she used a combination of acupuncture using some electric hand held thing (instead of needles), and some method to decrease her flare ups which I won't describe here because I think you just have to try it. Hwang Family Chiropractic is the best chiropractic facility that I've ever been to, and Dr. Hwang is the best chiropractic doctor that has ever treated me - bar none! Dr. Hwang has heavily invested in his practice in terms of the latest equipment and tools to help his patients recover. I was beyond impressed to see that he has many rooms in the facility and each room has specialized equipment to diagnose and treat his patients for a myriad of ailments. He has top of the line equipment such as a spinal decompressor machine, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy machines, and much more. When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.
