My real rating is a ZERO- 0. Im not sure why some company's trust theses people. They are extremely lazy--- don't bother calling either they won't answer they will leave you on hold and not care. They claimed that my husband had a hernia... like what you come in 15 minutes late into the room and rub his stomach for less than 20sec... and walk out saying oh your fine you can still work.. when he was injured at work. I do not recommend going here for anything. Pace of mind you are allowed a second opinion with in your (MPN) medical provider network. I came in for a preemployment physical and TB Test. I signed in at 8:00AM as a walk in. Office staff was friendly and professional. I was taken in 45 min after waiting for weigh in, eye exam, and TB Test. I was taken back to lobby to wait for a room for the physical exam portion. Waited 25 min in lobby. Taken to a room where I waited another 20 minutes. Physical took less than 10 minutes. I waited 5 more min for copies of my exams for my employer. Expect to wait for walkin. It's a given. Do arrive early!!! when I left at 10:00am, the lobby was full! ***Came back 1 day later for only TB test reading in the afternoon. I had two very negative experiences with the same nurse practitioner at this location. During my first visit she raised her voice, was dismissive, and the clinic manager had to step in and apologize for her behavior. On my second visit, she tried to clear me to return to work without even checking my range of motion or doing a proper evaluation. The manager again acknowledged the issue and apologized. These were not isolated mistakes -- this felt like a pattern. I'm sharing this so other patients receive the care and professionalism they deserve. read more

I was asked questions but constantly talked over when I'd try to answer. The experience in the end felt more like a one-sided rattling off about why I wouldn't receive help rather than an appointment about how to recover from my injury. Came in with a back injury from work, my employer sent me here. Angelina Gallegos said I was cleared to return back to work while I still had a bad back injury. After being seen at Kaiser a month later I am still dealing with back pain, and my diagnosis has been confirmed as a work related injury. Shame on this office for trying to send me back to work where I could have been hurt worse, and a liability for my employer. I also reported Angelina Gallegos to the board, they informed me that she is not qualified to make that assessment as she is a nurse, and they directed my complaint to the board of nursing. read more

It's so much better and faster here on Mitchell Rd branch than the one on McHenry Rd, Modesto. I went to McHenry first, and oh boy, I DO NOT recommend you to go there, especially if you are only going to do simple tests, like mine, which was just a drug screen test. Honestly, it only took me less than 15 mins in and out. I had been here on Mitchell twice before, and it has always been the best so far. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Got here 20 minutes early to get in line. When the doors opened at 8 am there was 9 people waiting in line and I was second. I've been sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and literally every one that was here after me was called in first. Then they wouldn't let me have my wife in the room with me because they had to get permission from the provider. I highly recommend that you go to your pre determined primary care physician which is your legal right to refuse who they offer to you. They treat the patients horrible when going through traumatizing experiences. Then, straight up lie to your face when you ask why everyone is being called ahead of you. I was sent to Concentra for a Pre Employment Physical. I tried to call in on 11/7 to schedule a time which i was told i could do. I called FIVE TIMES throughout the day and only go a busy tone. Ok fine, i'll do a walk in. I walked in on 11/8 approximately 20 minutes after they opened and there was already almost 30 people sitting waiting. I was the only person standing in line, i waited like 10 minutes for the lady at the desk to even acknowledge me. Finally she called me, i explained what i needed and she told me "we can't do the physical until the 13th." Weird, a walk in place that can't do a physical for a pre employment physical until 5 days later..... So i scheduled a "appointment" for the 13th at 11:15. She then told me the drug screening and other test i had to do were quick and there were only like 3 people in front of me. I waited for over an hour and there was only like 2 people called. Fast forward to my "appointment" i showed up at 11. It wasn't until 12 o'clock that my was even asked to complete the necessary paperwork. Finally was called back to been seen did my urine test for drug screening. Took me to do the other test, which is normally monitored. She set me up and then left the room while i tested. i finished and waited for her to come back and she said "we don't have any rooms available right now. i'm going to have to wait in the lobby". i go back out to the lobby waited another 30 minutes. Get called back a second time walked to the room and this new lady said "give us a few to get everything together" wait.... wasn't that what i wait in the lobby for? Waited another 20 minutes. Finally the provider comes in starts my physical and really said "oh you're getting through here quickly" at approximately 1:40ish almost 2.5 hours after the alleged appointment i had. Not sure where any business would define that as quick service. i didn't get home until 2:15 from an "appointment" that was scheduled at 11:15 I've done a handful of these pre employment physicals. They typically take approximately 30 minutes to do the whole appointment, plus wait time. So roughly 45 minutes. never more than an hour. Definitely the only time it's take THREE HOURS for an "appointment" and for the provider to tell me "i dont know why they do that." suggesting that they don't make "appointments" like the lady at the front desk told me. Not only is this terrible business practice. It downright rude. If i had come in on a lunch break or had to do something afterward. Most people would have come in thinking ok here's an hour out of my day. ZERO respect for the time of others. I will absolutely be notifying my employer as well and hopefully they would reconsider where they chose to contract with. read more

I went in due to a work injury involving my back, she just gave me an ice pack & tylenol & sent me home saying i could go back to work when she literally didnt even bother to check my back. She "diagnosed" me with joint pain in fingers which is also untrue. I'm 24 I don't have any joint pain anywhere on my body. Apparently U.S. HealthWorks was acquired by Concentra. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY visiting the 1340 Mitchell Rd location. I was seen by an unprofessional, immature, and incompetent group of people yesterday, including the Nurse Practitioner (a large, Caucasian female). Long story short, they are uncaring, bumbling idiots without integrity; didn't even take my temperature or look at my throat when I went in for respiratory problems. As a registered nurse and a veteran, I will be doing my part to dissuade anyone and everyone, including fellow veterans, from stepping foot in this place.
