They have excellent customer service their work is top notch. My mother n law needed her 23 corolla front bumper fixed from a small collision with highway debris and right away i knew i wanted to go back to fix auto. Unfortunately my experience wasnt as good as the 9th street location. First off katy up front and mary and michael were nice and attentive and welcoming and i appreciate that fix auto got oem parts to fix my mother n laws corolla but then this were the experience started to not be that good. I go to pick up the car and while the new bumper looked great the fitment wasnt as tight were the bumper meets the fenders but it looked close enough, also when i got home i noticed the wheel splash guard on passenger side wasnt fully clipped in, no biggie i can clip that back in myself. Well after a week the passenger side part of the bumper was starting to unclip by the fender so i took it back and they agreed to order new oem fender brackets to install and should take care of the issue, i dropped car off when the new brackets came in then picked it back up the next day and talked with michael and the sides of bumper were still not as tight as before when the car was new, also i noticed both sides of the wheel splash guards were not fully clipped in again and showed michael and he agreed to drive it back into shop to fix it but i said i can just clipped them back in myself since i was ready to go home after a long day of work and didnt want to wait. Another couple of days go by and the passenger side of bumper is still unclipping from the fender, at this point im starting to get really frustrated and drove right back to fix auto and spoke with michael, i told him this issue needs to be resolved because this is the second time i had to bring the car back and i explained to him that who ever is working on the car needs to take their time and do the job right because i felt like they were rushing the job and i pointed out how the wheel splash guards werent fully clipped in when i picked up the car the second time and i recommended them to get a tech from toyota to help them with the bumper fitment issue, Michael told me he would personally make sure the issue would be resolved and he would put me into a rental for 3 days which i appreciate. So i go to pick up the car hopefully for the last time and the fitment looked way better and they washed the car so i thanked michael and went on my way. So the next morning at 4am i go to turn the car on and get it warming up and turn lights on and had to go back into house to get something, as i was coming back to the car is when i noticed the driver side bumper accent LED light is not on!, SERIOUSLY! I just told michael to make sure the job gets done right and now this issue?! Anyways at this point i was not gonna take the car back over there and i ended up being in a bad mood for the whole morning at work, i also noticed now the driver side part of bumper is now starting to unclip from the fender and decided to take matters into my own hands, when i got home from work i pulled the car into the garage and took off the bottom driver side splash guard so i can look inside where the LED light is and sure enough it wasn't plugged in so i plugged it back in myself and put back together and tested and it comes on fine now, i also decided to check their work around the top part of bumper and also noticed the driver side top part was not fully clipped into the driver side headlight like it was suppose to be. I also unclipped the bumper by driver side fender and put some 3m double sided tape strips on the bracket and clipped bumper back in to secure it and so far its staying clipped in. Im not bringing the car back to this location no more and will take it to the 9th street location instead because i dont like how the car was treated, i felt like bringing the car back to have the issues resolved was a nuisance to the shop workers and they rushed it to get it done and get the car out so they can start their next job and they didnt check their work to make sure everything was back together properly, i shouldnt have to correct their mistakes but unfortunately i did. I see all these great reviews of peoples cars getting fixed with no issues but for some reason they couldnt figure out how to fully clip in a new toyota front bumper and keep it from unclipping and they cant even check over the car properly to make sure everything is back together and working. I will not come back and if there are any other issues with the car which im hoping we will not have anymore i will just go to the 9th street location to have them take care of it and im hoping that location still does good work, if not then i will just take my business to another body shop......

My car went in the second week of January 2025. When we checked my dad's car. After it was painted, we found over thirty two blemishes,Nibs, drips and scratches in the new paint. When we questioned them about it, they said, that's what you paid for. We then found that they do not have a paint booth. They paint in an open bay shop. I spoke with several of their employees, and they confirmed this. After a lengthy argument with management they finally decided to fix the paint when legal action and epa would be notified,But refused to put the chrome on. The body man said they didn't know how to put the chrome on the car. After a second time inspecting the car, we found that there were still several nibs runs and scratches on the new paint job. They finally agreed to fix it, but told me to remove my car that they no longer wanted my business. That they did not have the capability to paint a car to the level that was expected. ( a paint job without runs nibs and scratches) When i got my car back home. I was unable to open up the passenger side door, the body man had adjusted the fenders, too close. I found two broken bolts in the fenders, i supplied a brand new kit of bolts and they were in place but upon inspection I found random bolts were put in their place. After further inspection of my dad's car and checking the work that they fixed. We found more drips and scratches. The rearbumper that was install did not have the brackets in place and random bolts we're put in mounting it with a 3" gap on one side and a 1/4 gap on the other. The front bumper was also installed Incorrectly, with the wrong bolts and brackets. there were scratches on the lower valance. We were able to fix and adjust all mounting errors with little effort but the paint remains sub par. i'm sure that this business will say otherwise but luckily all conversations were videotaped or record. EPA, BBB and local agencies are being contacted. Do not take your to this place . You would get a better job at home in a garage!

A disappointing experience with Heritage Ford…read more I brought in my 2020 Ford Escape for an oil change and a repair of my power liftgate button. I also had an issue with the Ford Pass app; it was showing that my car was in battery saver/sleep mode. At the counter, I was told there was also a recall that they would handle. When explaining the app issue, the workers at the counter rudely told me "I have no idea what that is, just call them." So much for the $295 diagnostic fee! After "working" on the car all day, I picked up the car and was told to bring it back once they got the parts in. I brought it back in the morning two days later. They called saying the button was fixed. As soon as I sat in the car to drive out of the lot, I noticed the check engine light was on. How weird, I came in for an issue with the trunk...but the check engine light is on now? I bring the keys back to the counter to find out why the CEL is on and find that they were going to let me drive off without having even worked on the recall! Later this day, I'm called again saying it's ready and that the light was on because the technician had forgotten to reset something. I come in, still not knowing why the battery is in sleep mode and why I can't access the remote features in the app. I end up going on a goose chase throughout the dealership, with the only solution seeming to be "try logging out and back into the app" and "turn your phone off and back on." The issue was confirmed to not be with the app at all, but the technicians refused to see what the physical issue could be. You guessed it, I requested them to figure it out and they kept the car another night. Next day, they tell me there was an issue with the charging system. They didn't notice this earlier when they supposedly did a scan of the car's entire system? I got to have this absurd and annoying experience for over $850. I am not very familiar with cars but I feel like this was grossly overcharged for the issues I experienced with Heritage. The staff at the service counters have a serious attitude problem. I understand they are very busy in the mornings, but it seemed like they simply did not want to help or hear what my car issues were. When one person didn't know they answer, they just shoved me onto someone else who did not care to help me get the answers either. The service department did a lousy job at checking their boxes and making sure everything is ready and working before returning the car the customer. When paying, the cashier was barely paying attention and couldn't hear me while she had her AirPods in. The sales department is much better though. I bought three vehicles with their fleet manager who is super helpful. He really made the purchasing experience feel personalized and special. He may be the only person in the dealership who doesn't hate their job. I would also like to note they have a good shuttle service. They will take you to and from any local area (even neighboring cities like Salida and Ripon) while your vehicle is being serviced. I would say, only come here if you have to.

Took time out of my busy schedule to try let them correct back bumper they replaced and have to pretty much argue turning car in that it was back bumper not the front bumper. After all that my bumper is still loose and not even attached on either end... DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE ONCE YOU DO THEY DONT EVEN REMEMBER YOUR NAME OR THAT THEY EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE YOUR CAR OR PART WHEN YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM.
