I've used this Caliber Collision a few times in the past, and have always had great service. When they repaired my truck a few years ago, they couldn't find an inlay that existed below my bed liner, so they literally fabricated one - did an amazing job. This time, they repaired my daughter's Kia. The work was easy - replace a bumper - but the service was exceptional. I had a crazy week that made scheduling very complicated, and Tuan and Tim both went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated, when it would have been totally reasonable not to. There was hit and run on our GMC truck. We took our truck to caliber collision because our insurance recommended it. They said our truck will be ready in 3 to 4 days. 3 1/2 weeks later we were able to pick up our truck. we called them to have a shuttle pick us up they never called us back I had to take my husband to the company in order to pick up our truck. This was the worst service. I never would recommend this company to anybody. They don't even get one star in my book. read more

Carrie and her staff did an excellent job properly assessing the damage to my vehicle and fixing it as well as listening to all my concerns and fixing any and all problems my car had after being in a side swipe accident and having a horrible experience at another location. Brian the regional manager arranged for me to bring my car here and made sure the job was done right. Carrie kept in contact with me on updates and was very helpful. My insurance company had the car repaired here, I know in California you can choose where to have your repairs done and I very much regret not heading that advice. First you need an appointment to get an estimate. Once I received one I went to several other body shops who did not need an appointment and were much more knowledgeable. 3 weeks out for an appointment for drop off. Once their they quoted a time and were unable to keep to the time frame. I asked if they could try their best to get me the car back as a new one had arrived and I could it pick it up until This one was out of the shop. I was told well I wish we could put your car in front, I was not asking to be put in front, I was asking to be told the truth how long repairs would have taken and be treated with professionalism. I expect this type of service from a used car dealership not a national franchise. All other shops had quoted me a week for repairs. Please do yourself a favor and avoid thai place. read more

I don't ever leave reviews, and I rarely complain about a service that has been done, but this place was beyond frustrating to work with. We actually ended up taking two of our vehicles to them at once. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, never once returned any of our phone calls (we called between 6-9x). We were constantly given the run around as to when our vehicle(s) would be ready. We would be told that it would be ready one day and to wait for a phone call to confirm and then we would never receive it, and when we would call nobody would know if the vehicle was ready or not. They told us initially that our vehicle would be ready in 5-7 days and so we didn't choose to get a rental car. They ended up having one of our vehicles for 3+ weeks. Then when we went to pick our other car, there was an additional scratch on the door that they caused, and a piece of the fender that was supposed to have been painted and it didn't (they forgot). When we went to pick it up for the second time (after the scratch that they did) the door looked worse after they attempted to fix it. Their patch job was completely worthless. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I would never bring my vehicle(s) here again. Very frustrating and on top of everything, I felt that the staff were constantly being DISHONEST in all of our interactions! read more

What can I say but Wow!!! the body of my Lexus Is like brand new !... they got everything even places I didn't think I needed work done just little scratches like under the front end bottom bumper flare but they took care of it !... Color matching awsome 5 star ! Smooth fine even lines 5 star ! Phenomenal work !!! But I wasn't expecting interior cleaning detail but if I had to rate the Interior detailing I'd give it a 4 star . Why cause in the crevices by gear shift and coffee holder had crumbs and candy wraps and dust On the dash board but it was wipe down but not detailed with shine ! You can see dust wipe marks inside wasn't spectacular like new but half cleaned I give them a 4 star i would of gave them a overall 5 star but the interior detailing was fair ! I had an accident a year ago April and the repairs were done by Caliber Collision. Recently I took my car in for a regular service and was told there was something wrong with some of the repair work done by Caliber. I contacted Caliber and when they looked at the car they agreed it needed to be fixed. They told me immediately that this would all be taken care of by their warranty. They had to keep it longer then expected so they paid for a rental for me. They definitely stand behind their work. Everyone was very kind and helpful. read more

Loved my experience here. It's already hard enough being in the situation where you have to get your car fixed because of an accident. Very stressful time , however, the staff here made it so easy for me to feel comfortable. I received daily text messages updating me on the status of my car. Everything Just ran super smooth. I was rear ended and needed to get my car repaired ASAP. I was referred to this shop and they were nothing short of great! They were able to take my car in immediately and had it completed within a week. The results were flawless. New parts and paint look as good as when the car rolled off the lot brand new. My experience went from rocky to a disaster. Each time I talked to their representative I got incorrect or not enough information. Twice he said he would take care of something and didn't. Later I found out he never intended to do it, that's not how the state wanted things done. I told him twice I wanted them to fix my car whether the insurance totaled it or not, a WEEK LATER I was told they wouldn't fix it. read more

He gave a thorough explanation at the initial assessment, then called to review the actual extent of the damages, and finally what was done. He informed me at every stage of the process. Finally I picked up my car and it looked fantastic. My car is black and the match was unbelievable. I was concerned that it wouldn't be a good match. Everyone involved at every stage did a great job and we are happy with the results. Lastly they even took responsibility of my loaner car from Hertz and were arranging to have their car picked up at the shop so I wouldn't have one more think to do.
