When you choose seats further back, you can capture the screen experience better on your phone. When you choose seats closer to the front, the movie experience is wonderful, and it cannot be captured by phone. It is a very in the moment experience. They do check your tickets because there are a lot of people trying to sit in seats they didn't pay for. As for food and drinks, everything has been great so far, we've tried the: KOREAN CORN CHEESE NACHOS MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN PITA HIBISCUS MARGARITA TROPIC HEAT MARGARITA Except, the SPICY CHEDDAR POPCORN, it's not spicy at all and it is delicious. My only qualm is that the powder used is very light so it goes up your nose very easily and it is very aggravating to the nose and throat. If you hear someone coughing, this is probably why. She is an honest, upstanding gal who just wants to spread her love for music with everyone. When I was having trouble printing my tickets, she would even call and follow up with me just to make sure everything was going smoothly. She even texted me anticipated set lists and warned me about projected traffic going to the concert venue. If I ever have any other concert ticket needs, I am going straight to her. I trust nobody else. I highly recommend her. Excellent service, even better customer support - she's reachable by phone, text, or email! I love her!

I'm not that good online…read moreand purchasing things so today 11/12/25 my mom called the Disney Guest Relations for tickets and at first a kind lady named Christina helped us with our code. She was very nice and helpful and then transferred us to someone in buying tickets. Sue the lady who was helping us purchase tickets was the most wonderful, kind, amazing, sweet helpful lady. We kept having problems with all this stuff we both don't understand, but Sue was so calm, patient and helped us. We had to go and figure things out and when we called back and to our amazement we had Sue again. She again couldn't have been more helpful. Then she even went out of her way to help us with our ticket relations. The entire time we spoke with her from start to finish she was a huge blessing. My mom and I were so happy and she put a nice start to our day, week and month since it's been challenging. Sue was like our own Disney Angle. I highly hope that others have the privilege of interacting with Sue as well as Christina. I hope that they get the acknowledgement for being so wonderful and made our day one of the happiest of days because of these two lady's.

We have been there for bands, magic shows, seasonal shows etc. and have not been disappointed. The featured cover bands are the best! Anyway, walking into the theater is like walking into someone's home. The staff treats you like family! It is the complete OPPOSITE of all the stressful hoops you have to jump through at a large arena style event. The lobby is quite comfortable and has a lot of artifacts showing the amazing history of the resort. Will probably take a few visits to go through it all. One last thing. They made an error on their schedule which resulted in me having tickets on two different dates of the same event. Rather than send an email, they personally called me and gave me options that quickly resolved the issue! Although we've been guests at Welk's Theater for just over a year, I sure wish I had known about them sooner...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish…read more Check-in was advertised for 4:00 p.m., but we didn't get our room until nearly 8:30 p.m., costing us hours of the vacation we paid for. Throughout our stay, we requested basic necessities like fresh towels and soap refills, but they never arrived despite multiple requests. On checkout day, housekeeping walked into our room at 9:00 a.m., a full hour before the 10:00 a.m. checkout, while we were still getting dressed. Our privacy was completely disregarded. I was also repeatedly singled out because of my service dog. Multiple employees yelled, "You better clean up after your dog," even though I was visibly carrying waste bags and had done nothing wrong. It was humiliating and showed a lack of training on how to appropriately interact with guests who use service animals. To make matters worse, I unexpectedly started my period and needed pads before the gift shop opened. Because the resort had no way to help and the trams were so unreliable, I had to walk all the way down the steep hill just to get basic hygiene supplies. For a resort of this size, that level of guest support is unacceptable. The most concerning part of our stay was the Russian tortoise in the kids' center. I am the founder of The Wise Frog Reptile Rescue and have spent more than 11 years rescuing and rehabilitating reptiles. The tortoise appeared to lack proper UVB and heat, and its shell was in alarming condition. I brought my concerns to staff, but they showed little interest in addressing them. My children were heartbroken because they immediately recognized the animal appeared to be in distress. An animal should never be displayed for children if its welfare is being overlooked. Between the delayed check-in, ignored requests, lack of privacy, treatment over my service dog, unreliable transportation, and concerns about animal welfare, this resort fell far short of the experience we expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful changes for both guests and the animals in their care
