Their representative NEVER disclosed that MAT was nothing more than a broker, No ability to insure they would get the automobile moved on the requested and agreed upon dates. Discussions began in early July and they constantly said they were trying to get a "trucker " to take the job. Only after delay after delay did they say they could do NOTHING but continue to watch the " board " and "HOPE" they could get a trucker to take on the assignment. Even after increasing the job cost from $850.00 to $1,000.00, did they still "FAIL". Finally after 3 full weeks with NO success, did I take the assignment away from them. I would NOT use MAT if they said they would do the assignment for $0.00! I hope a prospective client reads this review and makes a better decision than I did.

The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! When there was no call for delivery, called and asked about it. At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.

The transporter showed up with a brand new fully enclosed truck, loaded and left without incident.
