I talked to at least 6 swamp cooler and AC folks. A lot of them tried to upsell me and handle me and I was very clear what I needed and my cost ceiling. Concierge was VERY understanding. They quoted me an the quote included exactly the cost of everything. That alone...5 stars. I will always recommend them simply for not treating me like a sale. In that quote I was comfortable asking questions and they were very fast and kind in answering those questions. THEN...when they came, they moved their schedule around to fit mine. They finished really quickly and were very respectful when teaching me (a dolt) how everything works. And when folks come to do work, we all know how it goes. "Hey this was the quote but we had to tweak the smooth knobs a little more than we thought". This is fine. That's standard. So the talk starts "so I quoted you for some duct work and it was easier than we thought so I'll charge you $200 less". They were respectful of my needs. Willing to be VERY clear with me. And displayed an incredible amount of integrity when it came to the billing. I would use them for any business they provide and I will always recommend them in a heartbeat. Incredible service. My tenants were just"frying" with the 99 degree nights and 102 days.. Jon listened to our swamp cooler and diagnosed the problem within 10 seconds.. I feel like I won the lotto for finding these guys the first week of November and it was starting to really cool down. After reading the reviews I gave them a call. Not only were they on time, they both showed up and Kyle did the job. He was (so very) quick, winterized the swamp cooler and made some excellent recommendations for next spring's start up. They were things that a former company I'd used have never even mentioned. Their price was reasonable too so I will definitely be calling again next spring. Ironically, after they'd finished the job another company I'd contacted was just getting back to me and said they don't service swamp coolers...and they recommended CCS. Yes these guys really are good. I did try to call and ask about my (crappy) air conditioners afterwards. There was a big wind storm the same night after they got my ac's up and running. I think it was the sides of it banging around. All night long. I just figured they'd know if like the sides didn't fit real well due to age. They never called back. I hope they weren't insulted by me. Like I said they really know what they're doing. Good company. read more

After searching for someone that worked on Swamp Coolers at a reasonable price I was amazed at how great the price was on my new cooler and how quickly they were able to get to me (within days). It ended up being one of the hottest days of the year this year and they still arrived 10 minutes early and finished in half the time expected. The team was professional and clear about everything they were doing. The best part was how quickly the house cooled off after. I then called a couple weeks ago to have them do the end of year shut down since I was so busy. Once again John arrived a few minutes early and finished in about 20 minutes. The water line to our evaporative cooler had cracked and was leaking ever so slightly. However, two years ago we had another water issue with the same water line and ended up with a hole in our bedroom ceiling. No way I was going through that again. Scheduled a time with Concierge. They were a few minutes late but not horrible. Showed them the issue and discussed options. I'll spare you a really long story but after two+ full days of work , some out of the box problem solving, and persistence at wanting to make it work, Jon replaced the water line. Jon's customer service was excellent. He thoroughly explained what was happening throughout the process and he answered the phone every time we callled. This company winterized / maintained an evaporative cooler at a home a family member is purchasing. I have called 5 times to simply get the condiition of the Evaporative Cooler. Over a week long period I have left messages requesting a call at any time of the day or night and the information I am looking for. I have asked for a call or text.... this is last piece we need to do for our due diligence. Absolutely 0 response. I wonder if this is how they service all of their customers. You will notice I used past tense when I said they maintained this cooler in this home. If we purchase, they will lose us as a customer due to poor customer service. read more
