I hate to admit this... but I've had my fair share of accidents. Concord Collision aka Key Collision has fixed my car every time, and in the event that I need my car fixed again... this is where I'll be bringing it! The staff is incredibly kind, they make the process so easy, estimates are quick, the repairs look incredible & they even help you with your rental when you drop off and pick up. Returned vehicle with a lot of water in fuel tank. Probably due to open cover. No damage, but it was irritating.

Before being your car to this location to get fixed please read the customer reviews as they are honest. I wish I would've read the review before bringing my car to this location when dealing with kacesy it was a nightmare I had to reach out every time to get an update on my car most of the time kacesy would not even return phone calls so I had to start dealing with the manager Shaw who honestly is no better. It took them super long to fix the car every-time I would call to get an update on the car I would be told it will be ready in a few days what a joke that was. This Monday I finally got my car picked up only to notice that the leather seat they fixed looked a hot mess the leather on my seat is wrinkled while the original leather on the seats had no wrinkles in it Shaw insured he would fix the issue and that he would call me Tuesday to discuss getting the seat fixed properly here it is Thursday and still no call! Why do I have to reach out when you are the ones being paid someone should reach out to me as promised .. looking for the corporate information on this company bc management sucks ! Pictures speak for themselves. I won't bother going back, I do appx 1000 miles a week, need my vehicle. Re-used peice above hitch, horrible prep, great spray though skipped doing the lower sections/mudflaps to blend it in properly. This is just your typicall direct insurance rate shop, great office staff though, and great paint spray, grew up in the garage business, I'll post my before/after picks, I m not being picky. read more

I dropped my vehicle off on May 12th and as of May 28th they still have not repaired it. They claim they are waiting for parts which is understandable, but they took off my rear bumper ( the vehicle was drivable) and claim they can't put it back on. In other words it's no longer drivable. The real kicker here is they charged my credit card $1200 on May 12th. I have used many collision shops over the years and this is by far the worst. read more

Let me revise another comment about Key Collision of Concord, NH because their manager thought my other review was rude. However, I beg to differ since I followed all guidelines set up by Yelp.com. Since posting that review, there has been a change in the situation I need to address as a consumer. Key Collision has stepped up to the plate for trying to make things right with how we were treated with bringing our business to them. For one, they were nice enough to replace the gas that was used that made us happy. They contacted their corporate office to discuss with them our disappointment with our service this time around with Key Collision. There was an agreement made with them and are now pleased with the out come. I wish I could not give any stars. I highly suggest staying away from Concord collision at all costs. They were beyond unprofessional. They completely botched my vehicle when I had it there for repairs. They sent it home with an airbag sensor that was dangling! My AC wasn't even connected. The "repair" they did to my frame could be seen through and they left the weld open not covered up so that rust could easily develop. My vehicle had only 10k miles on it when the accident happened. The vehicle was never going to be safe again! They purposely sliced my upper frame rail to get my hood to go back on. They painted over the screws they never fixed. My radiator wasn't fixed. The list goes on, I could continue with a lot of pictures of proof. This is a very delayed post as this happened two years ago. I just can not express enough how dangerous the state my vehicle was in when they had me leave the shop with it! I can't believe the negligence in caring for someone's life! I was beyond angry knowing about my airbag sensor alone and felt they risked my families life! After bringing my vehicle to a different shop to be correctly fixed I was astonished that key had asked them to just put a patch over the frame and they would pay them $1500 to do so. Thankfully the other repair shop said absolutely not because they didn't want their name on the vehicle with all the mistakes key made. After the other body shop looked into my vehicle it would have cost an additional $17000 to repair all the mistakes they had made! Absolutely the worst experience of my life! read more

2017 Chevy Silverado T-boned on the passenger side. Both doors and cab side frame had to be replaced. Truck bed also had to be removed which was equipped with a 5th wheel hitch. Upon receipt of the truck it was QUITE obvious the front door did not close properly and QUITE apparent that the hitch was re-installed using old hardware which is illegal in NH. Later discovered the rear door was installed cockeyed plus the onboard computer began issuing a steady stream of error messages. When asked that the hitch be installed correctly; Key insisted it was never removed. When confronted with notion that the hitch must be removed to repair the truck properly Key insisted I provide a written copy of the law requiring new mounting hardware. Later a new service writer was assigned who claimed ignorance. Total BS; since I explained when the truck was brought in that the hitch must be installed by a competent installer and would require new hardware and repeatedly suggested Key send it across the street to the Hitch installation shop. (Key agreed but never did). Bottom line: 2 return trips to fix the front door, 2 more trips to fix the rear door. 4 hours at the dealership to diagnose the computers and replace a damaged battery and a damaged sensor (Key let it sit in the extreme cold in a discharged state) and 3 more hours at the hitch shop to install the hitch properly. (Good thing, my trailer would have torn the hitch out of the truck totaling both and becoming an 11.000 lb projectile.) Worse, Key insisted I take it to the hitch shop. (Too lazy to go across the street, I guess.) Unbelievably, when trying to reimburse me Key couldn't cut a check (It appeared they wanted to hide the $400 bill from corporate). Key had me call the hitch shop; ask for a credit refund and charge it to their card. And there is more. I was charged for work not done but listed on the estimate (they took unauthorized, unprofessional shortcuts possibly affecting my warranty.) and failed to do a $50 repair they said they would do for gratis which will now cost me a $1,000. Finally, the misaligned doors - it's not the doors that are misaligned the side frame was not installed properly, it's cockeyed. read more

My son took his Honda in to have a bumper replaced. When we got the car back the bumper was replaced but the area where a grill piece should have been was empty - no grill. The two smaller grills on the side - one was replace and one wasn't - just a big whole. Certainly not a complete job and the cost was $936.00. When asked about the missing pieces the manager kept saying something about doing it as cheap as possible - cheap had never entered the conversation, however, time had. This car was needed to get back and forth to work. We were told by the end of the week. I guess we didn't specify which week. It took 5 extra days supposedly due to trouble getting the part. It was a Honda - how hard could it have been. We were told for another $80.00 he would put the missing piece in (on line the part was $29.00). We were also told the grill wasn't part of the estimate - why not? Were we expected to know when asking for a bumper to be replaced we would have to ask for each individual part? Why put in the left and not the right side grill? Does that make sense. When spending close to $1000.00 you expect the job to be complete. Be very careful when using this company. read more

I had our 2012 Nissan Murano repaired about 1yr ago from a rear end collision and after almost $7000, the cosmetics & body work appeared good. Unfortunately, the mechanics were not fixed properly! I just paid another $1400 to repair a damaged exhaust system and replace a rear wheel bearing that the tech asked if the car had been in a recent wreck. He identified the damage as having been caused by the initial collision due to compressed exhaust piping & muffler, as well as an individual failed wheel bearing, very unusual for a 74Kmi Nissan.... It is obvious Key Collision Center (aka) Concord Collision Center FAILED to identify this damage during their post-collision inspection. As a retired military member using USAA Insurance, I am also informing them of my dissatisfaction with Concord Collision Center. Recommend you steer clear of them for any collision repairs. read more

Don't ever have your car towed by Concord Collision, made that mistake very early yesterday morning after a minor ball joint issue that caused less than $300 in damage due to a driver who claimed it was his third day on the job. After the car was towed improperly and the wheel allowed to damage the front end of the car as well as various mechanical components, my car has been deemed a total loss by my insurance company, only after the truck driver lied to his boss about what happened. His boss refused to identify himself as anything but "Tom", very unpleased with the unprofessional and rude service as well as immense financial damage I have incurred at the hands of this reckless towing company. read more
