Kudos to JP and his team. Let me start off by saying that they are good. It was easy to talk to them and they were very patient in answering all my questions. I got some PPF, interior cleaning and coating and sport ceramic coating done here. The detailing work both interior and exterior were great. When I went to pick up, they were very nice to talk to in person. While the PPF was done well, especially given there were preexisting paint damage to areas and even some clear coat damage. There are some dust specs under the PPF (a few is understandable though so not too huge), some of the edges had lifted. And there was a bit of miscommunication regarding coverage areas. They reached out promptly and scheduled me in to fix everything and did it within a day. All in all, if you're going to get detailing done here, go right for it, but if you're getting PPF, make sure it's crystal clear what you want done but should anything go wrong, they will make it right.

They then proceeded to do a seriously labor-intensive repair promptly, with great communication, no charge to me, and there is no trace in the truck that they were ever there. Much thanks to Jeff Post, the mechanic who did the work, and the superb management of Grappone Honda's service department.

This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises. (Fortunately, during an earlier trip to New Hampshire, our car had needed a repair, and Accomplished Auto was nearest to our hotel. At the time, it was sheer luck that they turned out to be one of the most trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanics we'd ever found.) So, during this trip, we didn't hesitate to call them for an appointment, and make the 2+ hour drive from where we're staying in Maine. Accomplished Auto gave us a next-day appointment. That was a relief! Today, by noon, we knew what needed the most immediate attention, and what could be postponed until we get back to Florida. But the online experience was great, did not make me feel pressured into saying yes to all of the repairs right at that point in time, and gave me a ballpark price for when I go back to complete those items. Bob is a friendly trustworthy local guy who works his ass off and has earned my business more than once. I found myself in a bind this past October with my Toyota needing complete brakes (I used the E brake to get it to his shop) front and bake as well as an exhaust pipe Bob found missing & preventing emissions from passing as well as a dozen other things to pass inspection. Needless to say, my budget was limited and time was of the essence due to my work requires travel. Bob did all the brakes, rehabbed the exhaust and took care of the dozen other items on a Saturday afternoon of me delivering it too him. Lastly, Bob and I discussed pricing before he got into everything that needed work and considering the additional exhaust- Bob stayed within 10% of my budget, including inspection. Couldn't be happier with ABS and my 4 runner that runs like a dream now.

The mechanic was working on a car in the garage. He say me stopped and came over to greet me. I told him what was going on. He says I can look at it for free, then give you a fair price and see if you want to do it here. He had an opening because someone else hadn't shown up today. He looked at my car. Took the tires off and told me what was wrong. He let me look at the rotators and I could see how worn-out they were. He gave me a great price for what needed to be done. He also patch a hole in my tire too. I am very happy I pulled into American Brake Service. I feel like I got a fair deal and everyone was super nice. It is great driving away from a mechanic and not feeling ripped off. I would totally use American Break Service again.
