I took my car to get "detailed" today. One I was surprised at the cost but I did not ask for a quote and assumed the website price was for most cars not "small 2 doors". My car is cleaner however for an inside and outside detail I did not expect to find many spots on the exterior. Inside was wet on the seat and very greasy, strong odor. I'm not sure why the windows couldn't have been left open to allow for drying and the scent to disperse. Outside was most disappointing as it was clear scratches were not buffed and I would be surprised if they did much more then hose it down. The windows were very clean. read more

I paid $125 for a detail here. They couldn't even bother to clean the coffee stains and crumbs of the console. Shows a severe Lack of pride in their work. When I went back in to tell them I was unhappy with the quality of work I was told that I didn't order the interior package (I declined the shampoo for 199) and that they only cleaned the windows and quick vacuum the inside as a courtesy. read more

Wow, my car (2015) looks like new again - inside and out ! Made an appointment to have sap removed from trunk, hood and one side and to have interior cleaned before I sell the car. I am just so impressed. Really nice folks to work with!! One amusing thing: the 1st time I put car in reverse to back up, even the view from the back up camera was improved -- who knew it was even dirty to begin with. Looking for somewhere to get my car done in a pinch, I heeded the one positive review, and am I glad I did! Joey was great to deal with. I had just had my car shipped in and had to leave the next day for business. I called at 3PM on a Tuesday and asked if he could fit me in at 3:30. He did! My headlights came off the shipping truck looking like they were 100 years old. They're automatic lights, so the condition was starting to affect the brightness and when they would decide to turn on. I came in and was immediately greeted by him (and I think it was his son,) they took my car into the shop immediately and did it in under an hour. They showed me the condition every step of the way and recommended I eventually invest in new headlight covers. Without the $400 headlight replace cost from a dealer, Joey fixed up them up perfectly. They're brighter and work better than ever. Highly recommended! read more

Phenomenal job! I got just an interior detail with pet hair removal and when I picked it up the inside looked brand new. They shampooed the seats and carpets and cleaned my weather tech mats. Every inch was wiped clean and conditioned. 10/10 I will return the next time I need any vehicle cleaned. I read the reviews that were less than 5 stars and they don't make sense to me. read more

I was a bit hesitant about using this shop due to some of the reviews-- after calling several other car detailing shop in the area; most of them were absolutely booked. One of them recommend Concord Auto Spa without me asking about different locations-- not often competitors will refer another competitor... That said something! When I called to make an appointment, they were able to take me within two days-- everything went smoothly... I requested for the exterior and interior details-- definitely VERY happy with the outcome. I'm definitely glad that I gave this place a chance instead of waiting for a week or two with different location-- hopefully with this review, Concord Auto Spa will always have time for my Jeep! read more

Wow! We had our Land Rover detailed yesterday, and all I can say is Wow! Let's just say this car gets a lot of use, and I'm not the "wash your car every Saturday" kind of girl. It was pretty ugly. It literally looks show-room new after a day at the "spa". The inside is immaculate. I have no idea how they got the mats clean...they look brand new. They somehow even managed to get a melted candle out of the cup holder. Seriously...bring your vehicle there and you will not be disappointed. read more

I HAD been a customer for the past 10 years. I made an appointment 2 weeks in the future to get me Yukon detailed. When I arrived for the appointment, they said I was late, my appointment was at 8, not 8:30. When I told them I would not have made the appointment for 8 since I have to drop off my kids at school, they said I was wrong and they could not take me unless they had a cancellation. I've never had a car detailed before, so I can't compare this place with others, but.... I can't believe how good a job they did on my wife's car! She said that they were very professional when she called to make the appointment, and I found the same when I picked up the car for her. The car looked amazing! We couldn't find a detail that they left out: Upholstery, carpeting, engine, paint...every nook and cranny looked as good as when my wife first bought the car! She had a HUGE amount of imbedded dog hair in the back (Frankly, neither of us had really maintained the car very well) and I couldn't believe that it was flawless when they were done. We have two other cars in the family, and I'm planning on bringing both of them in as well. I could not recommend this place any highly enough! read more

I took my fiancé's Hyundai there to get the works 12/10/16. Drop it off the night before and was not ready until 3:30 pm. I got there and I gave them the gift card witch was to pay the whole bill, The guy says you owe more money, I said for what he said you had a lot of pet hair in the vehicle. I started laughing not in this life and not in this vehicle. He has allergies big time to any animals sneezes so bad and eye's water so if he had an animal in the vehicle he would probably have crashed or he probably would have drove off the road. I said nice try not happen I am not paying you nothing because he has no pets and never will. I left got in the car it was dark and I started driving the air bag light was on the stains on the passenger seat and console and roof were still there. They were so quick to say they wanted more money they never said anything about hey the air bag light came on and we couldn't get this clean. I called them and let them know he said sorry they don't come out, lie they do I took it some place else and it will come out so I will spend more money to get it done right. Then it is going to the dealer Monday for the air bag. Hope they have money to pay for it if the light doesn't go out. Don't take your vehicle here unless you don't care about them trying to rip you off and not cleaning your vehicle correct and causing problems. I think they didn't spend the time at all . Not worth the head ache. read more

I brought my truck to Concord Auto Spa yesterday. I had an appointment which they did meet and they did have the truck 'ready' at the time they told me. I requested an interior clean only since I had just spent many hours polishing the exterior. The interior really just needed the carpets and seating shampooed. I was unable to pick the car up hefore close since I couldnt find a ride there. I used my other car to go down and pay and collect the keys so I could get a ride back later. I looked very quickly through the window and it looked like they had done adecent job. I went inside to pay. I was quoted $100 and they attempted to charge me $150. I mentioned the quote and I was told they could go $125. I politely requested he speak to the man I could see in the shop since he was the one who quoted me $100. After he spoke with that person he came back and said he had to speak with Joe. Joe aplarently said to charge me $100. I paid and gave them a $20 tip because it looked like they had done a good job. Later I got a ride down to pick uo the truck. After getting in I noticed the floor mats were slick with whatever they used on them. The steering wheel and pretty much all surfaces were slick with this stuff. I decided I could just wipe it off when I got home since it looked like they were cleaning up for the night. Driving home into the sun I was very surprised how terrible the windshield looked. I think they may have used the same towel for the glass as they used for the plastic interior parts which were all slicked up with something. The smear and streaking on the windshield was totally unacceptable. After getting home I also noticed the radio display, climate control display and all the gauges were also covered in some kind of slick treatment which left all the gauge faces smeared. I was busy that night and the next day. I went out in the morning and opened all the windows since it was to be hot and dry. After returning home from work, the slickness had kind of dried. I drove the truck down to Concord Auto Spa to show them. They lerson I had talked to the day before was there and he offered to re clean the windshield and gauges. I wanted them to have the opportunity to correct the issue so I agreed. He wiped the windshield down with some cleaner and then the gauges and radio face. It was not any better. I just let it go. I will not be back. The people were all polite and nice. I had no trouble with them other than they do not know how to detail a car. Im thankful I didnt let them clean the exterior. read more

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I found their staff, didn't care about the quality of work, sloppy, and you're paying top dollar for a job that the neighborhood 10 year could have done. They ruined my carpets in the backseat and took no responsibility. Ask to speak with the manager who was not available until the next day. I went back the next day "Joe" the owner was on the defense as I approached him about the issue. He said that I had poured bleach on my carpet and that is why there was rubber exposed instead of carpet, that's right down to the rubber. And went on to say go ahead and try to sue me! That he had friends. I'm not looking to sue anyone. So, now I take my car for an estimate, $1300.00, replace the one piece carpet and labor for my car. My insurance company tried to go after this guy but he runs he business without insurance. And that is why I will never do business with this place again. I hope this review helps you go somewhere else for detailing your car or truck! read more
