They pretty much had every single day of week avaliable when i was online after midnight on a Sunday, normally I drive to huntersville but i decided closer to home Concord location. I saw the reviews but I saw nothing to support the negative reviews only the positive ones. My appointment was for 2.15 pm on tuesday July 21. Parking lot was pretty empty and no lines period. Walk straight inside, there were 5 people inside waiting for numbers to be called. Even without appointment it would of only took 20-35 minutes. I gave lady in front counter my appointment confirmation number and checked to see i had all the proper documents. She gave me printed ticket which was called 1 minute later ,i was in and out 14 minutes renewed driver license, got real id update. Super friendly employees ,made the whole experience a joy. A+++

Nope ... went in to question the delay and they said they were behind and they had to allow their staff to eat lunch ... ok that's fine but why have people wait outside for more than three hours in the sun with no seats, cover or even access to water because THEY are behind and let's not mention that there were twenty seven EMPTY SEATS... yes, I counted... 27 empty seats that those waiting had to wait in the heat of the sun!!! RIDICULOUS, who ever is manager of this particular office needs to be fired if they can't manage a state funded office any better than this!!!

There was only 1 person helping everyone for about 40 minutes. It was weird because 2 ladies were sitting behind the counter just talking and laughing but not taking any customers. I wasn't sure if they were on lunch or what but it was a bit odd. Even still the line moved pretty smoothly and I was able to get my things done in about 90 minutes or so.

After waiting nearly 10 days for an appointment today was the day. As a new resident here in NC I'm not too familiar with directions yet, so I went on and put the name of the place in the gps. Come to find out there was one near my area. When I get there my appointment was at 1:30 Pm so I was on time. Easy access to find parking. When I go inside there is an armed security guard, by the entrance, there was a line with about 15 ppl ahead of me but the line was moving quick. They called the people that had an appointment to the front of the line. I was up next. The older white lady did not grab her name took care of me. She was very polite and informative. When I hand her my documents come to find out I went to the wrong DMV. She quickly took actions into finding out if she can help me or not and she did. Took my documents to checking everything made sure everything was alright. There was also an African American guy next to her, he seems to be the one in charge he was helping ppl fast on the line and very professional. I waited about 20 minutes to get called. I went to the booth number 11. Was a nice lady will soon updated it and get her name the teller. She was calm, nice, and very helpful. Help me with my license and transfer. I'll give this place 5 more stars if I can I'm really happy to know we have a professional DMV in my area.

Broad St in Mooresville,…read more I arrived at the NC vehicle registration office in Mooresville about 10 am on 12/04/2025 and expected to be there for a while. I was immediately greeted by a nice lady behind the counter and called to the counter. She processed my paperwork for the title and registration quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. I hope everyone that goes here can find the same pleasant serice as I did.

The lady at the check in desk had the right amount of professionalism mixed with a little "I don't take no, mess so don't try me," and I can respect that! On the outside, this location has the appearance of a small dress shop but once you get inside there's a small seating area to the right and a checkin station straight ahead. Things seem to move quickly, we waited about 20 minutes before they called my son to the back to take his test. I would definitely return to this location in the future.
