Nope ... went in to question the delay and they said they were behind and they had to allow their staff to eat lunch ... ok that's fine but why have people wait outside for more than three hours in the sun with no seats, cover or even access to water because THEY are behind and let's not mention that there were twenty seven EMPTY SEATS... yes, I counted... 27 empty seats that those waiting had to wait in the heat of the sun!!! RIDICULOUS, who ever is manager of this particular office needs to be fired if they can't manage a state funded office any better than this!!!

There was only 1 person helping everyone for about 40 minutes. It was weird because 2 ladies were sitting behind the counter just talking and laughing but not taking any customers. I wasn't sure if they were on lunch or what but it was a bit odd. Even still the line moved pretty smoothly and I was able to get my things done in about 90 minutes or so.

I got here at 9am to find it's closed....even though this sign is right on the front of the building!!! Google and Apple Maps all show it as being open. Who else like myself hate going to the DMV?…read more I must say this was the best professional service I have gotten while going to Motor Vehicles. After waiting nearly 10 days for an appointment today was the day. As a new resident here in NC I'm not too familiar with directions yet, so I went on and put the name of the place in the gps. Come to find out there was one near my area. When I get there my appointment was at 1:30 Pm so I was on time. Easy access to find parking. When I go inside there is an armed security guard, by the entrance, there was a line with about 15 ppl ahead of me but the line was moving quick. They called the people that had an appointment to the front of the line. I was up next. The older white lady did not grab her name took care of me. She was very polite and informative. When I hand her my documents come to find out I went to the wrong DMV. She quickly took actions into finding out if she can help me or not and she did. Took my documents to checking everything made sure everything was alright. There was also an African American guy next to her, he seems to be the one in charge he was helping ppl fast on the line and very professional. I waited about 20 minutes to get called. I went to the booth number 11. Was a nice lady will soon updated it and get her name the teller. She was calm, nice, and very helpful. Help me with my license and transfer. I'll give this place 5 more stars if I can I'm really happy to know we have a professional DMV in my area.

I was immediately greeted by a nice lady behind the counter and called to the counter. She processed my paperwork for the title and registration quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner.
