She keeps giving me good advice on brushing and flossing. I try sometimes, but I am not very good at caring for my teeth and I suffer decay. I am trying harder lately. At least when I fail Dr. Sam fixes the problems I create and my teeth are fine again. My wife also is treated by Dr Sam. She is happy with the care. And she is as bad as I am at brushing and flossing. I checked the NH Board of Dentistry. The only problem they had was for moderate sedation and that is fixed. I have no idea what that is.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I just received. When I realized I missed an appointment, I called right away. I explained my extenuating circumstance to an AI receptionist. I also thought the fee was $50, but I was being billed for $100. The AI receptionist apologized for my situation, told me she hopes it gets better, and said someone would contact me regarding the fee. When a human returned my call, she had less empathy than the AI 'person' did. She told me that she received my message (which explained why I missed the appointment), and that I owed $100, not $50 (regardless of the form I signed stating otherwise). I told her that I would pay the $100 and find a new dentist. And I hung up. It's a shame. I liked working with Dr Sam and Kirstie. But I cannot in good faith continue to work with a front office who won't even consider my extraordinary situation, let alone one who further takes advantage by charging me double what they should have. The document I signed on 4/22/24 clearly states, 'I understand that if I do not show up for my visit, if I am more than 15 minutes late, or if I cancel without at least 48 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed to my account and deducted from my reservation deposit.' I also acknowledged that I was entitled to 'considerate, courteous, and respectful treatment.' Thanks for kicking me while I was down. Enjoy your $100.

I saw the dentist for all of 5 minutes. No x-rays, just a couple digital photos. He gave me the reassurance I needed, that I didn't need to lose my tooth. Judy at the front desk is very considerate of my sometimes inflexible schedule, and always finds a way to pencil me in. She also patiently and thoroughly explains the sometimes confusing things regarding insurance before I go through with services, to ensure my understanding. Also she seems to remember every person she meets; this woman knows her stuff. They are always upfront and honest regarding costs and service (which is a relief from some of the terrible practices I have witnessed in other places). The owner himself, Dr. Vaez, is also incredibly polite, thorough, and gentle with his care. Sometimes my work brings me out of NY to NH, and I refuse to go anywhere else. The care I receive here is top quality, and the staff is very respectful and welcoming. Dr Vaez is an awesome dentist, very calming, and spends all the time needed explaining what he is doing. I was a bit apprehensive having a new dentist, but Dr Vaez is the best I could hope for. They are always on time with the appointments, never a wait. I recently have been seeing Janet for my cleanings, and she is very nice and thorough, very easy to be with. I won't go anywhere else! Everyone from the front desk to the Dr's and the dental hygienists are all very good. Recently met Dr Lindsey O'Connor, and she was very pleasant as well.
