No additional testing or changes were recommended for a second cycle. That's when I started looking out of state and was referred to Dr. Kuo. This review is not just because I'm now pregnant. Even if I wasn't, I would be saying the exact same thing about the level of care I received. Dr. Kuo is the most meticulous and detail-oriented doctor I've ever worked with. Nothing is brushed off, nothing is "good enough," and nothing is done just to move things along. He holds himself to an extremely high standard, and you feel that as a patient in every single decision that's made. It's very clear that he cares deeply about getting it right, not just getting you through a cycle. Before my second retrieval, he did additional testing on my husband that my previous clinic never even mentioned. We found very high sperm DNA fragmentation, which we treated with three months of Chlomid before moving forward. During my retrieval cycle, I was monitored extremely closely and my protocol was adjusted in real time. The difference in results was honestly shocking. We went from 2 blasts and 0 normal embryos to 21 mature eggs, 9 blasts, and 3 PGT-A normal embryos. Before transfer, he also found a uterine polyp that my previous clinic missed, which I had removed. My first transfer cycle was actually canceled due to bleeding and not being an optimal uterine environment. I fully believe many clinics would have just proceeded anyway. Dr. Kuo did not. We adjusted, waited, and did it right. The second transfer was successful. At 8 weeks pregnant, I had a scary bleeding episode, and this is another area where Dr. Kuo stands out. He was in direct communication with me every few hours for days, giving clear instructions and actually monitoring the situation in real time. I never felt like I was on my own. The communication model is unlike anything I've experienced in healthcare. You are in a group text with Dr. Kuo and your coordinator, and you can reach them at any time. That level of access and responsiveness makes an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. The clinic as a whole operates at that same level. Dr. Kuo personally performs every ultrasound and you meet with him at every single appointment. You are seen on time. You are never wondering who you're going to get or waiting weeks for answers. There is a level of consistency and accountability that is very rare in this field. My coordinator Eliana was amazing. So organized, so calm, and completely on top of everything. Blue, Clarissa, and Lizeth were also incredible. They knew my case, they were involved, and they genuinely cared. It never felt like I was just another patient moving through the system. If you feel like something is being missed, if you've had a failed cycle with no real explanation, or if you want a doctor who is actually thinking through your case instead of running a standard protocol, go see Dr. Kuo. I am so glad he was our Dr throughout this whole process. His office, front office staff, back office nurses and surgical techs ran like a well oiled machine! Not only do they have a system down, but that system is so organized and works to a "T" to best assist the patients. From walking into the office and always being warmly greeted with a smile, to checking in to see how you're feeling, to giving stickers to my toddler that would often accompany me on appointments. To the back office assistants always greeting you, getting to know you and getting you comfortably set up in an exam room. Never had to wait for Dr. Mousa. To the nurses that would see you after your exam to go over all medications and how to administer. To always being available with just a phone call. The great surgical techs prepping you for retrieval or a transfer. Making sure your as comfortable as can be before going in, talking to you before your procedure, giving quiet time if that's what needed, to the anesthesiologist calling the day before to go over everything making sure you feel comfortable pre op and post op! Every step of the way they went up and beyond!! The happiest days of finding out you're pregnant to graduating and leaving the office, such a bitter sweet moment. When problems arise, they immediately deny involvement, push responsibility to the other company, and tell you to "go ask them instead and we are not involved" What follows is endless finger-pointing between companies, with no one taking accountability and no one willing to actually help. As an intended parent, when I faced serious issues during the surrogacy process, I had no one to raise my concerns to. Tingting and Catalina repeatedly told me they were "not involved," even though I was clearly told that: * They were paid a portion to manage me as a client * The other agency managed the surrogate * The service fee was split between the two companies for this exact reason When I confronted them with this, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they became hostile, blocked me, and threatened legal action, claiming I was not allowed to speak about my experience due to a contract clause. This behavior alone says everything about how they operate. What makes this even worse is the bullying and discriminatory attitude. If you are Chinese and do not speak fluent English, they treat you as if you know nothing and can be pushed around. I am a living example of how badly they treat clients they believe won't fight back. Their tone is dismissive, aggressive, and intimidating, and they show zero respect or empathy for intended parents going through an already emotionally exhausting process. From the very beginning of IVF all the way to delivery, this journey was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and traumatic, largely due to their behavior, attitude, and refusal to take responsibility. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic human decency, stay away from FSAC for IVF and surrogacy. No one should have to go through what I experienced.

I tried filling my birth control prescription there in my 20s. The doctor gave me attitude, told me I was on the wrong pills, and tried to switch me to another style. When I checked with a different gynecologist at another office, the pills she tried to switch me to would have caused debilitating migraines and not managed my endometriosis! Later in my 20s, I gave up going when they simply would not update my insurance information, swearing up and down that I was on Medi-Cal, despite my providing the brand new valid insurance card from my work AND a letter of cancellation from Medi-Cal. I am now 36 and found a lump. I am already freaked out. I should have known better than to trust them, but they could see me fast and without having to go through my insurance. My appointment was over an hour late, the "doctor" couldn't find the obvious lump until I showed it to her, and they lied about the cost, charging me past double what I had been quoted and assured of. I would not be surprised if this place got shut down for being a scam. I'd expect this level of cruelty and incompetence from one of those fake crisis pregnancy centers. Eighteen years of rudeness and time wasting. Shame on me for ever trying to give them another chance. Shame on them for such all-around failure.

I signed up for her service and as promised by her office staff - she got me in "the next day". The NEXT DAY. Going to see her is FAR more extensive and personal than the "usual" doctor. She gave me a comprehensive "head to toe" exam. Since she is a specialist in many areas beyond OBGYN - she has the experience and knowledge to be able to diagnose and treat special conditions like mine - AND she actually spent time with me to get to know my situation. She has excellent demeanor with her patients, understands a woman's body and hormones and gives each patient the time and respect that they deserve. She was wonderful about having my partner accompany me during a diagnostic procedure in her office as well. For those of you seeing her due to having babies - never fear that this is the only time you can have a doctor this good ... you can see her the rest of your life AND SHE IS SO worth every penny. My partner actually said not to post a review so we can keep her all to ourselves - as she will soon be a new Dr. Perlow patient too! The annual charge for a concierge doctor is pricey - not going to belittle that fact - but I am prioritizing her annual fee into my budget because I feel she is just THAT good and I want to be able to reach my doctor directly (if needed) at a moments notice. You can divide up the annual charge quarterly or semi-annually to make it easier to handle. I feel blessed to have found her - and thanks to her - got treated easily and early for a rare condition that could have developed into cancer. Cost of that? Priceless. And PS - the negative reviews here??? Read them closely ... they all have to do with HOW BUSY she "was" and how difficult it "was" to get in to see her BEFORE she became a concierge doctor - SINCE SHE WAS (is) SO popular!!!!
