Then Facial expert, amazing LISA ARNOLD I laid on a soft comfortable table Noticing the incredible view. Lisa started by telling me what she was doing. She was so sweet and kind. And Stated with an aromatic cleansing Derma planed. Wow. While I'm listening to relaxing sounds she continues to make my face feel amazing. This was my very first ever facial. You don't know what a difference until now. So she puts a nice gel on and does extraction of blackheads. A Light chem peel. And steam with creams and the scents. The light treatment was like a trip to the orient with the music. It was heavenly. Her hands are amazing. There was more. But so wonderful and I know it will be hard to beat that. This spa is a gem in the valley! I had my first oxygen facial by Lisa a few months ago and I have to say that it's the best one I've ever had. The second I walked in, I was met with this beautiful view of the valley. The manager Kimberly was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Lisa who did my facial was so nice and expert on skin care. I had a very relaxing experience and my skin is so much better. A few months after, I had a microneedling by the RN Jane. At first I was very nervous cause I thought it would be very painful, but she put a numbing cream on my face and the procedure was painless. I was red for a few days but my final result was great! My skin is so much better now at 52 than when I was 40! So if you're thinking on getting a non-surgical procedure to keep looking young, I highly recommend this place. I've been to several med spas in the greater LA area and was so pleasantly pleased with Silk. I will no longer be going anywhere else! The office is easy to find and the valley views are stunning. As soon as I walked in I felt a sense of ease. The lobby is immaculate and they are taking all covid precautions very seriously which is fantastic to see. The warm welcome from Kimberly is such a great way to start your experience. I was checked in quickly and got to meet one of their estheticians, Lisa, who is a doll! I intend on going back for a HydraFacial and she was able to answer some initial questions I had regarding my skin. Also, given how amazing her skin looks, I will definitely be making an appointment! I had botox and chin and jawline contouring done by Heather and could not be happier! She is truly an expert when it comes to injections and it's evident that she is well trained and knows her stuff! She not only explained what she was doing, but WHY she was doing it based upon how your facial muscles work which is something that has always lacked with injectors at other med spas. This helps you to really understand what you're paying for and the look that she is helping you achieve. I've had issues previously with botox causing droopiness in my eyes. I got my first lip filler done a few days ago and unfortunately it wasn't by Silk, although I really wish it had been! The last few days have been the scariest of my life. My lips were so painful and so swollen I didn't know what was going on. The place I did them at was shady and just a huge mistake. They were silent. I started bruising in places I didn't think I was suppose to bruise. I was in panic!! I reached out to an amazing friend that's been coming to this place and she said to schedule ASAP !! And I did! My goodness, Kimberly was immediately concerned and scheduled me in the next day!! I came in today and not only was it beautiful, it was so welcoming and positive. Thank you Kimberly for making me feel so at ease. But that's not all! Abel was amazing!!! He came in, listened to me rant and panic about my lips and immediately calmed me down and educated me about everything I needed to know about lip fillers. This is without a doubt the nicest aesthetic skin care clinic around - and I'm not just referring to the beautiful modern decor and panoramic views from the waiting room! From the time you walk in the door, you are given the red carpet treatment with prompt and friendly attention by the courteous staff, starting with the ice cold bottled water you are offered. The wait time for being called back for your appointment is very minimal to none at all. I came here last week with my Sister and we were both very happy with the service. The spa is super pretty with so much natural lighting. It has a good vibe. I've struggled with some acne scarring for quite some time and it's been an issue that has caused psychological distress. Decided to look into options and came across Silk. I reached out and the turnaround response was such great timing. I went for my free consultation a few days ago and was immediately greeted with the most professional and warm welcome. I sat down with Abel and knew I was speaking with a professional I could trust. I communicated my concerns and past horrible experience with laser treatment and he understood my hesitation; he explained everything thoroughly and I walked out with a booked appointment for the skinfinity treatments. Three of them to be exact. Treatment #1: I was nervous and excited prior to arriving. I walked in, and again, was greeted with the same warm welcome and voss water by the beautiful Lisa. I was taken to a room to take my pictures that will be compared at the end of the three treatments, then was walked over to another room and prior to entering, bumped into Kimberly who had just finished her treatment and she looked amazingly fabulous and helped me be calm with her upbeat energy. In this second room I entered, I was taken another set of pictures which will be taken pre-second and third treatment. I was then numbed for about 40 minutes, while I sat and enjoyed the wonderful view with some very relaxing meditation music. The time arrived to go into the main room, I walked over, layed down, was covered in a blanket and given a stress ball.. yes, you read that right, a stress ball and though I didn't resort to it as much, it was very helpful the few times I did (just want to clarify that it wasn't due to pain that I resorted to it, but it was the sound of the machine and also my past experience why I squeezed the crap out of that ball). Abel, was really the voice that kept me calm; he communicated absolutely every step to me as it was being performed. I felt very little to no discomfort. The treatment took perhaps close to 20 minutes. But when you're relaxed, who keeps track of time. I looked like I had been laying down on the sands of an island, a bit red. I felt like my confidence was immediately rebuilt and we should all know that feeling is priceless. I can't say enough great things about my experience thus far, the cleanliness, the staff, and most importantly, the eager results to review once my treatments have been completed. I want to believe I will be courageous enough to post my before and after pictures, but until then, stay tuned. My second treatment is in one month and am looking forward to it. I decided to find a new doctor to do my fillers and botox. I changed mainly because Silk takes CareCredit card which is so easy. My other doctor, whom I loved, discontinued CareCredit and you could only use your credit card or get a loan for the amount, which I found really ridiculous and an extreme hassle! I found Silk and called to make an appointment and the receptionist recommended Abel Navarro. She said that I would be very happy with the results!! She was right!! He's an artist/makeup artist all rolled into one! I got botox, lip fillers and face fillers. He worked carefully on my lips like an artist would.....sculpting my thin lips to look wonderful, but not too big for my face! I was so thrilled and after about 4 months, my lips still look great, albeit, not as big as when they were first done, but still totally happy with it! Abel took the time to carefully massage the fillers around to get a really natural look and not have as many bumps that can happen. He is so sweet and knows what he's doing!
