Scott gave us the modern pool look we were looking for and exactly the cool black spa we wanted. The bonus is the Pentair IntelliBrite LED lights. They work together to give a really cool light features that has different themes in the pool. His team was professional and always cleaned up afterwards.

The pictures will be worth a thousand words, but I'll still add a few. We learned of Concrete Creations and their reputation for some serious quality work. I'm was important for us, given the magnitude of the project, to hire someone that was going to do all this totally right. What we weren't prepared for was how easy, exciting, and fun a project like this could be. Working with Scott and his team was an awesome experience, from day one through to the end and the work is simply stunning. My Dad, who is a bit of a pool snob came to visit, and was blown away. Pretty sure he said, "Damn this guy is good!" If end to end high quality is important to you, hire these guys!

We recently hired Concrete Creations to take our front/backyard from dirt to an island oasis. Scott and his crew accomplished the goal! From the start, Scott was professional. He provided drawings that helped us to see clearly what the finished product would look like. Also, the drawings captured our vision exactly. He made great suggestions along the way of things we had not even though of. Scott worked with our homeowners association to make sure we stayed within the guidelines set which took the pressure off of us to do that. We get compliments daily on our backyard and could not have picked a better company to make our backyard our sanctuary.

    Coast To Coast Restoration

    (237 reviews)

I recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen, master bathroom, and powder room following a…read morewater damage claim, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Coast to Coast. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

This is the second water leak mitigation & restoration we've done with C2C and while the PM on the…read morerestoration portion was outstanding this time, overall, there were more issues with the mitigation than last. Specifically, they subbed out the demo portion to another company which incurred more costs and thus lead to rejection of payment by insurance company. Or rather, it was ruled as costs extending beyond ordinary expenses. Had it been included with the mitigation equipment, the insurance would've likely accepted it, as it did last time. The actual work performed by everyone was great in the end, just as it had been last time. Everything was remediated properly and more importantly, timely. Brandon the PM on mitigation along with David the PM on the restoration side were great, with David being the most responsive and communicative PM I've ever worked with. Meaning, updates everyday, as promised. That was the best part of the whole project for me as an anxious homeowner. I will say that my own insurance agent didn't help matters either in this case. He was super hard to work with and eventually C2C had trouble reaching him. This also soured the whole experience as everyone worked to track him down by phone and to prove that all expenses were legitimate. I'm on the fence as to whether to use C2C again for mitigation. Would not hesitate to use them for restoration though.

The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. This wasn't just patch-and-paint work - we're talking demo, leak detection and repair, water remediation with dryers/air scrubbers, new flooring, drywall and wainscoting, and putting the entire bathroom back together with new wallpaper and fixtures. They handled every step like pros. Russell was our point guy from day one. He assessed the damage, explained every phase clearly, and kept us in the loop without us ever having to chase him down. He was prompt, patient, and clearly experienced with urgent, unexpected "oh great, water leak" situations. Exactly who you want walking you through something like this. Abel worked behind the scenes coordinating contractors and costs. We chose not to go through insurance, and he helped us with pricing that was reasonable and fair -- no games, no surprises. His communication was great, and he treated our budget like it mattered. Adan was the craftsman on-site every day. He's a perfectionist in the best possible way - skilled, friendly, dependable, and patient with all our questions as first-timers in a remediation mess. The work he did and managed was spotless. On top of everything, they even helped us find the right places to browse tile, flooring, wallpaper, fixtures, etc. They didn't just fix a disaster; they guided us through a remodel we never planned for and made it feel manageable. When you're forced into a water-damage situation, you need a team that moves quickly, does it right, and communicates every step of the way. A/S General Contracting was all of that and more. Skilled. Professional. Fair pricing. Zero drama. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
