Alex installed floating shelves into our pantry during a kitchen renovation in the Fall of 2021. We really appreciate the flexibility that he had given the coordination between the flooring, the cabinets, the backsplash, and the countertop. These shelves were built from raw materials, and were made to hold cans and other weighty containers. He used real wood, rebar to support the shelves and made sure all the rebar was put into the wall studs. He worked with us to ensure that the height of each shelf was optimal for accessing the cabinet and placement of trash cans. We bought a house recently, Alex replaced all the corroded pipes under every sink. He installed sink faucets in all bathrooms including the kitchen faucet and removed the old hot water heater system. He also repaired the drywall in the garage behide the water heater (very difficult spot to get to, but man!!! He got it done nicely). He did many other things for us as well, but too long to list here. We contracted Alex a few months ago to renovate our ENTIRE home, plus 2 ADU's that we have in the back. We love the end result, and could not have asked for a better person for the job. He is fair, flexible,and is passionate about his attention to detail and his end-result. His work is high quality, and is done in an effective and timely manner. He worked well with our timeline, and was great with recommendations and bringing our ideas to life. For the main home, he FULLY gutted and renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 living room, and did ALL of the plumbing and electricity replacement in the entire home. We loved the work so much, we extended our contract with him and he also fully renovated our 2 additional units in the back, which both consist of a full bedroom, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. Again, he gutted everything, which included electricity and plumbing replacement, as well as final details. At the end, we also had him fully replace our entire fence with white vinyl. We fell in love with our end result, and could not have asked for a better person for the huge project that we set for ourselves this year.
