Wow! What a hidden gem in the JAX area. The ice cream is homemade right there in store. They have some delicious flavors and I had one of their STAX which was so delicious and tasty! It was the Bischoff Butter Cookie and I also grabbed a pint of Guava and Cheese for the road. Yummy. The service was attentive, they acknowledged you when you came into the store and with a smile at that which was refreshing! Finally came to try this place and the only disappointing thing is how long it took me to get here! They have a flavor of the week every week. This week was the "brookie" (brownie and cookie dough) and the amount of brownie and cookie dough chunks is incredible! I followed them on social media to keep up with the current flavors. What a great shop! The was my wife and I first time at Cone & Cream! Wow it's very good and fresh! The owner said the ice cream is made fresh each day and you can definitely taste the freshness! On my first bite of ice cream I mentioned to my wife it tastes like they just made it. After talking with the owner that's when he told me he makes the ice cream fresh each morning. I got a small Cookie Crunch ice cream cup (Oreo's and chocolate chips). It was VERY good! Love all the flavors! My wife got the Chocolate Malt milkshake and she loved it as well. This ice cream is soooo good!!! The creaminess and taste was simply amazing - definitely a premium product. I had a fight tasting of cookies and cream, vanilla with caramel sauce and another one with Oreos in it (different than the cookies and cream flavor). All were delicious - the cookies and cream was my favorite. Such a cute location - but it was a bit hard to spot (if you turn in at the main entrance facing Publix, head almost all the way to the right). Nice decor, very clean, and lots of space to sit and enjoy your treats, both indoors and out. The service was also top-notch - everyone was super friendly and offered up suggestions for which flavors they would recommend. Ice cream is freshly made at the pallor. they offer a base/ traditional menu of flavors but incorporate new and different flavors when possible, Their ice cream is made from local dairy farm milk and local farm products . They offer a whole array of choices: traditional ice cream ( dairy based ) ices / smoothies ( non dairy ) for the lactose intolerant or vegan . I had their praline , red velvet , and Strawberry flavors - strawberry flavor ia my "go to " for comparison: I can taste the richness of the natural strawberries and the creaminess of the ice cream. The quality how the ice cream was crafted can definitely be tasted in the product. Out of the 3 flavors tried : red velvet ice cream was a surprisingly amazing!! I recommend it if available when visiting this ice cream place - give red velvet flavor a try! Ambience is quaint , clean, traditional to what one would expect an ice cream pallor to looks like. Great friendly service. The place is clean and smells clean. It's not big just has 4 small tables inside and 2 outside. It's enough for the needs of the place. I got the Nutella ice cream, strawberry and orange cream. My favorite was the Nutella. I wasn't wowed by the orange cream BUT once I beat it with the spoon it became super creamy and enjoyed it more. My friend got the cookies and cream and really enjoyed it. It's a cute neighborhood ice cream shop that deserves the attention of the community. Please go visit! read more

Went here for a cone yesterday for the first time- the ice cream was sooo good! I believe it was the owner who waited on me and he was very friendly and polite. He was explaining how he makes all the flavors in house and if I ever wanted a specific flavor he could make it. I originally came in for a vanilla cone, but he convinced me to get the banana pudding and it was so good! I also tried a sample of his new flavor Guava cream cheese- it was very creamy and delicious. He has a Togo section with gelato that looked amazing and mentioned he does hot chocolate in the winter as well. read more

This is definitely my new icecream place! Everything is amazing including the customer service, the place is nice, clean, and so cute inside. Really cute place. However, their toppings were limited. We are peanut butter lovers and for an ice cream place to not have Reese's peanut butter cups as a topping option is sad. They can be chopped up like most other ice cream shops do. We ordered a sundae with the Reese's pieces toppings and it wasn't the same. Never mind we got less than 10 of those pieces on our sundae. Super stingy for a $6.50 sundae. oh...and gummy bears are a must for toppings as well. They make all of their their ice cream orders behind a wall...even sundaes. Why?
