The place has lots of friendly staff ( very relaxed, a little on the loud banter between the coworkers talking and cutting up with each other and even a beer was popped open and drunk behind the open register / food line area which was a bit surprising and a little off putting but not a huge deal since food was made fresh and fast and tasted good and not to mention it was close to closing time.) My only complaint for this visit was: However the gnats in the ladies room were absolutely horrible!!! Some were in the dining room as well but nothing quite like the restroom. Would we recommend this place? Yes Would we eat here again? Yes, definitely 4 stars instead of 5 due mostly because of the gnats in the restroom and a little bit because of the beer drinking "before quitting time and in front of customers ". But again not enough to keep us from not coming back again.

I found no tea so I went back up and was told it was in the fountain machine. I finally found it only to have it dispense water. I went to report that. Mind you my wife had finished her meal and I at my cold meal as well. They said they would go change the box. I said just refund it. I've had better meals and service at McDonald's! Ag least my entire meal comes at at the same time and at the same place. Corporate needs to send a secret shopper in to see just how bad it is. I'm pretty confident that if they did, this location would be shut down. Terrible experience.
