Dr. Powers has a beautiful way of making her patients and their partners feel at ease and important. She has also hired the best office staff. Her office staff are sweet, funny, efficient and passionate about the work they do. As we were talking before my latest surgery I remember looking around the room at the beautiful smiling faces of my attending staff. I saw how diligent they were in their duties. They were doing everything humanly possible to ensure my comfort and safety. It was clear that they wanted to make sure that I was informed and comfortable.I felt blessed to have such an amazingly talented group of people to look after me. When Dr. Powers saw me looking around she kindly asked me if I was okay and I said oh, yes I am just admiring my dream team. In addition to her megawatt awesomeness she is a skilled and thoughtful surgeon. Dr. Powers makes the most beautiful sutures. When I got my breast implants, liposuction and mini tummy tuck done in 2000 I remember so vividly how in awe of I was of her stitches. The first time I sought out Dr. Powers I was in my mid 20's and I felt insecure and uncomfortable in my own body. I found it hard to look at myself naked or be seen naked. I needed Dr. Powers after my 2nd baby had turned 1 or two years old. My 2nd pregnancy left me feeling like I was swimming in a sea of loose skin and stretch marks. I had rapidly gained and lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. As I was recovering from my surgery I remember looking at my sutures in complete awe. They were so small and so perfectly put in that I found it hard to believe that they were done by a human being. I would have sworn they were done on a sewing machine. Between her gluing my skin, stitching my skin and placing vitamin E oil tape over the stitches I was left with nothing more that an indistinguishable crease line that seemed to be a naturally occurring pattern on my skin. In addition to her great skills and work ethic she is a delightful person to talk with. Her impressively wide depth of knowledge extends in so many directions I always find myself learn something new. All you have to do is talk with Dr. Powers briefly to see how truly remarkable she is as a Surgeon and as an individual person. Do not bother going here for medical reasons unless you are willing to pay an additional cost out of pocket.

Over time I started to realize I wanted a bit more and Dr. Zol and his team were very patient and accommodating as I worked through my process. Where can I begin for one the office staff was nice and Dr Effendi as well but I feel like theirs…read morewas a lot of miss communication, I paid for XL bbl with lipo I'm a mom of three so I knew my stomach wasn't going to be flat flat that's not the issue here the XL BBL package includes hip dips and I feel like mine where never touched to begin with, when I explain my concerns and asked for all the pre op paper work they told me that I should of made sure it was highlighted on the body diagram but why would I when it's included in the package, they told me to give it 6 months I'm 3 months post op and I feel like my hip dis are still very dense and I have a lot of fat just sitting on top of my back, I also didn't sat on my buttocks for 6 weeks and even at that I was trying my best to avoid sitting on my buttocks I used the bbl pillow I was eating good I follow all the directions the doctor gave me. I'm even still doing my lympathi massages and I'm back at the gym but I'm just so unhappy about my hip dips I also reached out the doctor for a question and he never responded which I think it's very unprofessional. I was told the director will contact me about my concerns but still nothing . They keep saying to give it 6 months so I am in hope that the fat does goes to my hips
