The classes are broken up into parts so you're doing a lot of different exercises in a group setting, which is MOTIVATING and exactly what I need to push myself. The playlist is pretty awesome too. It's located off Cochran in the business warehouses next to Home Depot, once you find it you can't miss it. It's huge and there's always people working out there!! Furthermore, with everything going on, they have taken precautions to ensure a safe gym-going exerience. There are markers all around to help with distancing. There are huge jugs of hand sanitzer and wipes to use for equipment. Families will work in groups and share equipment so everyone has their own to work with. It is easy to find your own space. Classes are held 3x a week in Simi at Crunch and 3x a week in Thousand Oaks. While the general theme of the workouts are geared toward Bollywood Dancing, 2x a week the sessions include full body workouts coupled with cardio and core strengthening. There's a lot of space for them to ride their scooters; the playground itself is big and beautiful with multiple slides and great flower theming. The best part, though, is the ant hill that they build into the park. My kids love it because it is a literal hill that you use cardboard boxes to slide down. This was the highlight for them, and they spent most of their time just sliding down and having a blast with cardboard boxes. I live in North Hollywood, so this was a drive, but it was worth it so that my kids could have a blast, which they did. This park is at the top of our list!
