Terrific classes, very challenging, knowledgable staff if you have an injury go early and let them know - the classes are high impact - month to month membership or pay as you go very easy, convenient and literally THE BEST WORKOUT I HAVE EVER HAD. and that is really saying something. Love this place. Acutually found it on Yelp they had 20 reivews all five stars so i gave it a try and can;t say enough about the establishment. Michelle is amazing her high energy classes are so much fun and effective.All the other teachers and classes are just as exciting and will get you in the best shape possible.I highly recommend it if you are tired of the same old same old and want something new and refreshing this is the place. HOLY MOLEY! So here I was feeling like I was in pretty good shape and I stroll into Michelle's Barre Class (btw Michelle would make Barbie jealous!) ...... Wait let me stop and tell you that I'm not discouraging you from going! I'm practically broken from injuries and I made it through- all the way through! However, she made the other classes look like jr high and this was college. You NEED college. All I can say is that at the end of class I was happy to say that she looked the way she did as a testimony to her very own classes... If that doesn't get you to enroll then nothing ever will. I have an addiction, and it's M6. This fitness studio is more like a boutique chic place to get your grove on. The environment, people, music, and hip classes, are sure to motivate and keep your body guessing what is next. Great place to workout and get in shape. The instructors are motivating and fun! Classes like Power 45, Elevate, and X camp are kick ass! I love the new location for M6 also! The owner Michelle is friendly, approachable, professional, and really makes me sweat in her Party Box and Barre Control classes! This is the only gym that I drive to because other gyms such as 24 hour fitness just don't do it for me. It is worth the money to be here! Your body will thank you for it! read more

I have now been going to M6 for over two months. When I first started I was really excited about doing cardio barre for the first time. Not only am I still excited every time I go, but I am now trying other classes at M6 and they are all super amazing. These classes tone you up fast. There is no messing around here, the people at M6 take their job very seriously. I am very happy with results thus far. Oh, and taking two classes in a row definitely won't hurt you. I'm a new girl and only been going for two weeks. I used to work out really hard but fell off the wagon six years ago when I had my second child. Now I'm back in the game with M6. M6 Fitness has the best classes, the most dynamic instructors and some of the hardest workouts I've ever experienced. They never do the same old thing and you are constantly being challenged. The environment is like your home and the energy is great. No matter what has transpired during my day, even if I am down I know that when I step into M6 that I will leave energized and feeling positive. All the instructors are wonderful (even though they do crack the whip on you) it is all done with love....I couldn't imagine my life without my work outs and the only place for me is M6. read more

M6 is a great place to go for all of your fitness needs. I was last fall and strongly suggested by my ortopedist to go here for physical rehabilitation. The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. I have trained here since my injury and have enjoyed ever minute of it. I highly recommend M6!! read more
