The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. However, lately (the last two carpet cleaning experiences) were extremely expensive for the amount of time they spent actually cleaning the rug. They were here for about 20 minutes and it cost me over $160! Also, after the guys left I called the manager. I talked to him about pricing and an incident where one of the workers dropped a piece of equipment on my tile floor, he was rude to me.
