I like how clean it is. Her threading is fine too. But honestly maybe I am spoilt but I get my threading at half the price else where. I was shocked when I saw she actually charges exactly twice of what I have been paying at other threading establishments (they are mostly Asian run) The only reason I can swallow the high price is because she keeps it clean and she is closer to my house. read more

No one else touches my eyebrows but her. I have never seen her not greet a person walking through the door. She's very polite and she'll fix whatever you don't like. She's extremely polite. She gets busy on Fridays so you'll have to wait a bit or come back. She's a lovely lady and does a fabulous job. read more

Horrible customer service . Was going to try this place for the first time and went in and waited , no one at counter then lady comes out doesn't greet just standing there, mind you two people are waiting (myself and another woman). I speak up first and say need eyebrows done but she (the other lady ) was here first and she says okay will get to you. she takes the other lady and some man comes in , and he waits and then she takes him before me and says his service will be quicker , and mine will be longer so she will take him first - I was getting eyebrows. I said okay because not going to argue if she doesn't have an idea of how long I was already previously waiting , who cares if his eyebrows will be quicker , attend to the customer that was there first. I took my daughter to this place to get her eyebrows cleaned and shaped, the lady was very nice and gentle and very friendly. the atmosphere was calm and clean they did observe a Covid restrictions overall it was a good experience and a safe experience so I would recommend it or I should say my teenage daughter recommends it. read more

Came in while someone was getting their eyebrows done, walked in and wasn't greeted or asked what I wanted. Sat down to wait for the women to finish the customers eyebrows. Another employ comes to the front, doesn't say anything and goes back to the back. I wait 40 minutes for her to finish the eyebrows and the worker still doesn't say a word to me. I'm the only one in the room, Doesn't even acknowledge me. Starts to clean. How do you work in customer service and not ask your customer what they can be helped with?! We happened upon Lotus Threading when visiting Smoothie King one day. I always wanted to try threading so my daughter and I walked in. We were greeted by Chella, the technician, who was super sweet. We both chose to also get the tint. She was so skilled and so helpful at explaining what the process was. My daughter's eyebrows turned out so beautiful and I was speechless at how great mine turned out! I hardly had any eyebrows and definitely zero shape, but after Chella was finished my eyebrows looked full and had great shape and changed the look of my face for the better! I felt like I looked younger . I will for sure come back again and again because I never want to go back to having ugly eyebrows ‼ Thank you Chella!! read more

My lashes look really good and they were super nice and clean. Salon is very clean and only took 20 minutes.

My daughter and I arrived at the establishment around 12:10 pm on March 17. When we walked in, a client was in the chair getting eyebrows threaded by an employee. Another employee (the manager) was just standing around. She greeted us and said the other employee would get to us. I'm thinking maybe she doesn't know how to do eyebrow threading. The manager checks the customer out and the other employee beckoned for my daughter to get in the chair. The manager finished checking her out and stood there for a minute and grabbed her phone and goes to the back room. She was back there for about 4 minutes. By that time, I just sat down and in chair and another customer enters. Soon as the manager hears the door chimes, she goes out and asked the lady if she can help her. Mind you my daughter and I had waited for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment that the manager could get us in the chair. I'm livid and raised up in the chair to question why we were made to wait when the manager could've at least got started with us. The poor excuse was that the manager is an esthetician and had to clean the room. Ok, I get that but why did she not say that and conveniently finished to come out when she heard the door chime. It definitely is not a good look as an establishment! read more

Very unhappy with the results, asked to get my eyebrows threaded and to just take away the extra hair and not shape them, instead my eyebrows are very uneven and shorter that I've ever had them. Terrible. Also wanted to try the eyebrow tint and it's sooo unnatural and it's like someone took a black sharpie and drew unevenly. read more
