For years, I have been waiting for the time that I'd brave myself (and financially ready) to go…read moreback to a dentist and to fix my front top teeth. Finally, I did it! I had the gum procedure + got new crowns for my front top teeth here at Confident. I was kinda nervous to go through with the appointment, but everything just went so smooth- from the front office, easy appointment/financial strategy with the friendliest office Manager Lea, great consultation up until the day of my procedure. Here's the thing... I've been ignoring the fact that my front teeth needed to be fixed bad due to a bad dentist's experience. Yes, sometime my bad teeth would make me loose my confident when I talked to people. But, I was scared to go back to any dentist (plus to think on how hurt it could be, because my teeth AND gum needed some work done). Until one day, I had to take my kids for their dentist appt and met with Dr. Cesar who have so much passion on what he does. Never once I felt like he pressured me that I "should" do this or that for my kids' teeth, but he suggested some thing and helped us planning it out. He was very friendly, gentle and patience with my kids especially with my autistic son Colin. He did not want to stay in the chair, but somehow Dr. Cesar and his team helped to calm him down and stayed there. I just knew that I wanted him to be our family's dentist, and to look over my teeth. :) Well, I'm glad he did! After my procedure, I feel more confident when I talk to people and can't stop smiling big now. Big thanks to Dr. Cesar and his awesome team!! I'd recommend everyone to come here for any dental procedures. The staffs here don't just treat you like a "business" transaction, trust me! They are very friendly, helpful and patience. ConfiDent is a great addition to our community.

I called ConfiDent after a quick search online for an emergency dental care. They were very accommodating, patient, and took the time to explain the options and costs. With the technology in their office they were able to treat, rebuild and fit me for a new crown same day (which fits perfectly and has a near perfect color match? What?!?!). Every person in this office exudes genuine care and warmth. I'm so happy to become a patient of ConfiDent!

In relations to my dental work. I attempted contacting the V.A. For several months, to no avail. It's was very time consuming. Well I called the Doctors office to see if there was a possibility of me paying out of pocket. But after getting a warm introduction to Tina, she expressed deep concern with my Delima. She asked me to please let her try her skills at getting the ball moving. After letting her take the reins, Tina not only got the approval same day, but she also set me up for a visit for my crown work that same day. I must say that Tina is a Go Getter and very prized asset to the staff. I am very thankful that I met her.

His assistant, Sejja, attempted to make the temporary crown 2 times on the first visit, but she never could do it, so she had to let Aniah finish the job. Sejja did a really bad job, and the temporary was just barely hanging on the tooth. Two days later, part of the crown came off, so I had to return to the clinic. During this visit, Sejja attempted 5 times to make the temporary, but she still couldn't do it, so she turned it over, once again, to another person to finish the job. In my opinion, this is total incompetence! I have had 10 crowns made at other clinics, and I never experienced this problem before. However, it gets worse from here: Sejja made the mold for the permanent crown, and she also messed that up. The crown has an indention at the top, that makes it extremely difficult to floss the area. When I floss, it creates pain and bleeding in the gum line. She also messed up on the night guard, and it's a difficult fit. This young lady messed up on EVERYTHING she did! I have never experienced this before at any other dentist! I told Arjun Parikh, and he laughed in my face, and he came across to me as arrogant and narcissistic. He told me he stands behind the faulty work that Sejja did. I went to another dentist, and the new dentist told me the tooth needs to be extracted, because I have bone loss, and that I would need a bone graft. THEREFORE, JOHNS CREEK DENTAL STUDIO MADE A CROWN FOR A TOOTH THAT NEEDS TO BE EXTRACTED. I BELIEVE THIS IS DENTAL MALPRACTICE, AND I AM CURRENTLY HAVING THIS In review, here are the problems that Johns Creek Dental created for me: 1. Pain in the gumline, between the two upper right molars, that gets much worse when I eat certain foods that get trapped between these teeth. Before this permanent crown, I never had a problem with food getting stuck between these teeth. 2. Pain between the two upper right molars from flossing in that area. The pain can become pretty bad. 3. Inflammation between those two teeth, mostly caused from flossing, but also from eating. 4. Extreme difficulty flossing between those two teeth, because Johns Creek Dental Studio created a jagged area at the top of the crown, so the dental floss doesn't glide smoothly. Out of the 10 total crowns I have had done from other dentists, this is the only crown that has this problem, so Johns Creek cannot try to say that this problem is normal. 5. A bulky crown that doesn't feel natural, as compared to the other nine crowns, from other dentists. 6. The gum line between those two molars bleeds very easily when I floss that area. I never had this problem with the bleeding before Johns Creek Dental Studio made this crown. I will strongly encourage everyone to stay away from Johns Creek Dental Studio!

This review is for WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL…read more Staff: The staff is super friendly and they want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The dentist was very informative about how he would remove my teeth and wanted to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone that I encountered had a good attitude and was sincere. Procedure: The procedure itself was not the greatest in my opinion. Considering I did not get anesthesia, I could hear and see the whole process taking place. I have to say that stuff like this grosses me out, to the point where I want to pass out. This may not bother some people, just know that you will be aware of what is going on the whole time. I felt my tooth get extremely hot once, so I motioned to the dentist and he used a different tool to ensure my comfort. They comforted me through the whole procedure and made me feel like they genuinely cared for me. Extra Information: If you are getting your wisdom teeth removed, I would highly recommend buying a large icepack and a syringe to clean your sockets immediately after. They only provide a very small icepack that will not get the job done, they don't provide a syringe either. If you end up getting dry socket or have extreme pain multiple days after surgery, call them and they will get you in quickly. This happened to me and they got me in the same day (I did have to drive to a different location). They fixed my painful sockets and didn't charge me. I feel like they could have given me a little more information on what to do after surgery. Cost: They have very reasonable prices for wisdom teeth removal, especially without anesthesia. Overall: I would give them an 8/10. They have very friendly staff and truly make you feel like a priority. The procedure was not very fun, but very memorable for me. They could do a slight better job at providing better icepacks, a cleaning syringe, and more information on post-surgery care. Other than that, I would recommend Great Expressions Dental.

Although I do appreciation the offer, living in Alpharetta and the location I have been going to is in Alpharetta, the Marietta location is not convenient. I am very dissatisfied that I was not informed of this closure so I can go ahead and find another dentist. Poor customer service IMO.

I was quoted $400 at the time of service for a deep cleaning that I was told was necessary. I paid that amount in full before the appointment, assuming everything was settled. Weeks later, I received an unexpected $1,200 bill after my insurance determined the procedure wasn't necessary. I then had to request the office to dispute the charges, and after all of that, I still ended up being billed another $400 because they said one quadrant of my cleaning wasn't covered. At no point was it explained that the total cost could change so drastically or that I might be responsible for so much more after paying upfront. This experience felt misleading and frustrating, and I would caution anyone considering this office to make sure you get a clear, written estimate and confirmation of insurance coverage before agreeing to treatment.

I was greeted immediately by Michelle, who I had been speaking with on the phone to set up the appointment. Nice to place a face with a name! She was professional, courteous, and of course, let me know it would only be a couple minutes before I was up. Sure enough, within 4 minutes Beate came out and introduced herself as my hygienist for the day. Pleasant, professional, and super thorough- my cleaning went about as flawlessly as could be expected. She spoke about the things she was doing so that I didn't wonder what was happening. Sometimes in the past, I have been delayed or waited a long time to see the Dr. when the cleaning was wrapping up. Dr. Bowns was in to see me within 2 minutes of finishing with Beate. He is pleasant, easy to talk with, and I found it refreshing that I was in and out of the office in less than one hour. They will bill my insurance company, and if there is anything I have extra I'll get a call. I cannot say this enough- when you have a new service provider and it works out this well, it's a great feeling!
