This past time, at WT Brews in Baldwinsville. They're a super popular truck and if you catch them at events or festivals (or in general) there's always a line! I've had the classic lobster roll, which was super tender and buttery. Most recently, I opted for the lobster taco, a new item on the menu. It was loaded up with cabbage, chili lime crema, and of course meaty lobster claw pieces, and was the perfect consistency of crunch with mouth-melting mushy butteryness. Very filling, though the order came with only one taco. The staff seems really nice and friendly and the food quality is good. Since this is (good) seafood, this is one of the pricier food trucks, but you won't pay much lower for a lobster roll anywhere else either. Worth checking out if they're where you are, or if you have to hunt them down!
