To no surprise, assistance and help is what I got DESPITE being states away and they did it ASAP! The main thing I want everyone to know when coming to this dealership is, it's not just a sell/ purchase with them. It's making a connection with a customer and ensuring even afterwards they know someone at the dealership will assist. Never in my life did I experience such incredible customer service! They did not have to help me states away, yet phone calls were made and people who were not even on shift stepped up to assist me. We went to Battaglia yesterday and I let my mom do all the talking, she told them what she was looking for, what her price range was and when I tell you every single person in there was walking in and out of the room asking questions to make sure they fully understood what it was she wanted/didn't want... made sure they didn't go over her price range... pulling 4/5/6 cars out of the lot for her to test drive... she finally found the car she LOVED... They gave her an amazing price for it and gave her a lot more for her trade then other places we went to. We left there and she couldn't stop smiling because not only did she feel like she did it "herself" but she felt like she was treated like a human, she left knowing she wasn't ripped off and even more so, she left with the car she LOVED. I can't thank EVERYONE at Battaglia enough for the most amazing car buying experience ever-- they are not sales man/women who force feed you cars and push you to do this or that... they LISTEN, they care. On my way there, I was praying they could take walk ins, and sure enough they did. As soon as I walked in and let them know I have a flat tire, they started working on my tire. It took 5 minutes for them to patch my tire and the price is super reasonable. I'm super grateful for the work they did. Highly recommended!

Quick Google search led me to the Tire Shop, which is located right across from the new Wawa on Ridge Road. Chito was so helpful and quick, I was able to be in and out of the shop in 15 minutes and still catch most of my son's game. He checked the pressure on all of the tires. Took off the leaky one. Extraxcted a very large nail out of it and patch it up all under 10 minutes. I've been driving for two weeks since and it is in perfect condition. This was all $15! Highly recommend.

It took forever for Kennedy Subaru to reply. And when they did, they assured me someone would be contacting me shortly. Over a day later and nada. Two other Subaru dealers responded immediately and even followed up with phone calls. I have an appointment this evening. And it isn't with Kennedy. Very poor customer relations. It's as if they aren't interested in selling cars.

Within a short time, the car was losing fluid and when our mechanic looked at it, he said it needed a new head gasket. I complained to the owner, Khaled and he said he would have his mechanic take care of it at no charge. And he said they would replace the timing belt as well. Sounded great! Not so!! This past week the timing belt broke destroying the engine... the dealer we had it towed to said that upon inspection, the head gasket was installed incorrectly and that the timing belt was tensioned wrong which is what caused it to break. We now are in the market for a reputable used car dealer .... Mainline autoplex is not!

The owner Khaled (known as khaledbuys on eBay), made several offers on a vehicle I had listed for sale. I accepted an offer, and was charged the ~130 dollar fee by eBay for a completed sale. Apparently, Khaled was not actually interested (or lacked the funds) in purchasing the vehicle, because he ignored every message that was sent to him, and never made good on a deposit or payment. Now, we are out the money for the listing fee, and have to start the selling process again from the beginning. After learning the identity of the business behind the offer, I found various reviews claiming bait-and-switch tactics, improper PA state safety inspections, misrepresentation of vehicle conditions, etc. If true, many of these claims report not just unethical, but illegal behavior! I hope the victims have reported them to the appropriate agencies. It seems that others have been wronged on a level far worse than me. One has to wonder what caused them to close up shop, and move to Bensalem?

Do you know how to test transmission issues, a test drive also checking the dipstick for burnt…read morefluid smell is an indicator, it's almost impossible to catch a transmission that's going if it's only showing intermittent signs because you must duplicate the customers complaint and without the proper automotive technology it's practically impossible to catch transmission failure the carriage trade knew my vehicle had transmission issues knowing I wouldn't know that until after I purchased the vehicle driving it off their lot, also structural damage, in the state of Pennsylvania it literally states that a vehicle with structural damage is deemed unsound and unsafe which is also one of the few things that's covered under arbitration laws so imagine my surprise when a third party mechanic told me a vehicle that I paid over 2000 dollars was structurally unsound and the carriage trade knew about it, they sold me a damaged unsafe vehicle that I purchased for my wife I'm so grateful my wife wasn't injured or worse killed due to the carriage trade public auto auction negligence, after I visited the third party mechanic I immediately went back to the carriage trade and I was told it was (as is) and the only thing they can do is run the vehicle back through the auction for someone else to deal with, so consumers beware! This business do not do good business and will take your hard earned money and not care about the position they put their consumers in. I purchased this vehicle in 11/24 it is now 04/25 still no title! I repeat consumers beware!!!
