I have purchased several vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales in Coshohoken, PA. Over the past month they presented a van priced at $26,999 (in writing) but they were waiting for the title in order to finalize the sale. Today they contacted me that they had the title - BUT they decided to increase the price to $29,999! Three thousand dollars more! They called is a "market adjustment". You do not change prices in the middle of a transaction like this. Bad business, poor business ethics, lack of integrity, fruadulent misrepresentation. I purchase about 10 vehicles a year for our fleet and have purchased a couple from them over the past six months. They were not smart enough to consider that a repeat buyer is difficult to get, even in this market. They would not honor the price they offered in writing and have now lost a customer! TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH!!! i used the online system to select a vehicle and apply for financing... on the website i was approved for a vehicle and a contract was then generated with instructions to download and print and take in to the dealership to pick up the vehicle... i called the dealership to schedule doing so and was put on hold by the very polite sales rep Briana... when she got back on the line she offered me an entirely different deal which matched NONE of the terms of the online generated contract... i inquired about it and sent her a copy of the contract the online system had generated. she said they don't honor them because they aren't backed by any lenders! she then connected me to the finance manager so he could explain why it wasnt a case of bait and switch as i insisted it was... the finance manager rudely told me that the online system has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL CONTRACTS OFFERED and that he as the finance manager was the one who consults the banks and generates the contracts and does NOT take into consideration what the online system says... he then says "its somewhere online in the fine print"... i'm not sure what the point of applying online for financing is if the online offers arent honored at the dealerships but im GLAD i called before driving an hour plus thinking the contract i had in hand would be honored! read more

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received, or the lack of service I received from Chavez. I spoke to him earlier in the week about a car. I scheduled an appointment with him for Saturday at noon. When I arrived, he acted as though he did not recall the car I came to see. After a few minutes, he told me the car was sold. ...so I bought a 2014 Nissan Ultima from this dealership in July 2017. The experience was "ok" overall. It started out great but due to some mishandled followup issues I had to take points away...that is until just 3 wks ago when I needed someone to pull strings with the DMV cause I never received my permanent registration card and here it was December about to go into a new year and Iam driving around with no legitimate registration from Philadelphia to Montgomery County to work everyday. This place sells cars at low mileage, 1-2 years old and really cheap. The only drawback is that these cars have been driven by multiple people which might effect the quality of the breaks or something... Not sure. I must admit though, it's very tempting to get a Honda, Toyota, or Nissan with the same mileage and year as the Conicelli dealerships next door because these are much cheaper. read more

I totally regret buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales. I bought a Dodge Avenger with 30,000 miles on it and it has been an absolute financial nightmare. With just 100,000 miles I have had to replace the ENGINE and the TRANSMISSION. Those items alone cost me $9500. I owed on the car so I thought the wise decision was to replace the engine. I did not know that if the engine has gone bad then there is a likelihood that multiple other things are wrong on the car. I can only surmise that renters drive these cars hard and Enterprise pulls them out before they go bad and sells them. I thought I was saving money by buying a used car but with all the money I invested in this car I could of bought a new luxury car. I also brought my experience up with the Conshohoken branch where I bought the car hoping to at least get a rental from free as I was waiting for repairs and they acted like I wanted a kidney.
