I am only here to address that they overtaxed me on my SS tax and won't return emails, voicemails or Facebook messages to refund and get me a corrected W2 as per instructions from the IRS. You will be Bullied, Harassed, Manipulated, belittled, Degraded in private and in front of patients and co-workers. You will be discriminated against. The nurses are shocked at how horrible you are treated. You will be written up if the manager has to work, like if you pass out at work from illness, or your child comes in for heart failure. They will talk about you behind your back even management. They play the " I didn't know card" but they do, if you go above their heads, they all talk. If they find out, you print emails or CC a lawyer in the email, they block your email account. They do not give references if you try to leave either so just FYI you're on your own. You will not advance here, and you cannot have a life outside your job period. I've also had many issues with payroll stealing hours and pay so you have to watch your time daily and carefully and take pics with your phone they will deny it till you show proof. Benefits are to expensive. You are just a body here period. read more

Email is non-responsive, and don't try to leave a voice mail. 1st they don't have an introduction to who it is you speaking to just leave a message, but you don't even know if you are leaving it for the correct person, and that's even if the mailbox is not already full. Worked for this joke of a company from 2014-2017. Was openly discriminated against by upper management. When I took my complaints to the head of HR, Mecole "Cole" Brown, she further insulted me ultimately resulting in MY dismissal. Cole went on to work in HR at Amazon and has now apparently landed at American Airlines as Chief People Officer. You have got to be kidding me! This woman isn't fit to run an Arby's much less HR anywhere. read more

My dept at the hospital I worked for was outsourced to Conifer in the summer of 2015. It seemed fine at first but gradually got worse and I was so distressed I found a new job last year. The department I was in was understaffed, overworked and constantly berated by management for not getting the job done even though most of lacked the means and training to do the job right in the first place. Management care more about the work than the people who do the work and don't seem to realize what the job entails. read more

I called Conifer Health Solutions after noticing two messages left on my voicemail. It would take two phone calls to them to get absolutely zero information, and a kinda bemused frustration as a result of the contact. My thoughts after the calls is that the people who work here must be shown very little respect, courtesy, and absolutely nothing that resembles dignity because each representative was so lacking in ability to give anything similar. Curtesy and customer service were never a part of either call, and each representative hung up on me without taking time to identify the need, or providing any help. _____ Apparently the local hospital system pays Conifer, for services they do not provide. Either way they get paid so there is no incentive to seek effective outcomes for all. This means I will have to write to them in order to elicit accountability and results. read more

If you are professional and want to be treated like a human being STAY AWAY FROM CONIFER HEALTH SOLUTIONS. I never write reviews and especially about former employers. However I ran across all the prior reviews and they were in sync with my experience, so I felt potential applicants should know. This organization does everything from a far, their head quarters in Texas and operations all over the country. They hand over big responsibilities to people with little to no support and little pay and when something goes wrong or needs attention no support given, their resolution is termination, by people you never seen or barely spoke to in your employment, not to mention terminated over the phone. Treated like you are not a person just a potential liability. Then they leave the burden on you to tighten up loose ends. This organization helped move me to a horrible area to live and dropped me like a hot potato just weeks after a great performance review. I did not do anything egregious. Unethical company! Beware of anything they ask you to sign. They hide an arbitration clause in what they simply title "acknowledgement" when they hand you the employee handbook. Always ask for copies of everything that they ask you to sign. Do not take their word on ANYTHING. Conifer was inconsistent and constantly failed to follow their own policy and procedures. BEWARE! Never question management or go to HR. They encourage retaliation, harassment and discrimination. If you try to stand up to corporate mobbing/bullying, Conifer will falsify evidence and tamper with witnesses during a bias arbitration hearing. HORRIBLE COMPANY ! please stay AAAWWAAY from CONIFER HEALTH . The Frisco TX where i used to work is probably the most unprofessional, disorganized corporate office that I have ever seen in my life. I got hired fast as a med. coder based on the 94% score on the initial test,...just to be terminated 2 months later based on another IQR test ( that nobody will talk about at hiring) where they expect 96% accuracy. On the IQR test they have complex cases that have insufficient, inadequate, confusing documentation and they expect you to code using the information provided. Training does not exist, massive lack of communication, very disorganized, EXTREMELY CHAOTIC COMPANY !!! These IDIOTS are allowed into the HEALTH INDUSTRY . A dubious policy is looming over CONIFER,...and is probably what got the CEO fired too. If you do not pass the test the auditor would not give any explanation for the rationale used to score it. My direct manager doesn't stand up for her team ,..too busy to run around like a chicken w/o head. ... clueless about their own practice. At hiring, a lousy recruiter will offer you pocket change for your years of experience. They low ball you so much you won't know what hit you,..that way they save few dollars to remunerate office paper pusher parasites,..unqualified that belong in unemployment line ! What is happening with this company is the strangest thing in the world; save yourself a huge headache. It should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them ! read more

In November of 2012, a Florida staffing agency contacted me about a technical writing position with Conifer. I interviewed with Conifer, and in December, the staffing agency informed me that Conifer had selected me. My first day was scheduled for December 17, 2012. The rate would be $27.00 hourly for a 4-month stint. I signed a contract with the staffing agency, underwent a background check and submitted to a drug screening. I arrived at Conifer's main office December 17, 2012, at the designated time of 8:30 A.M. The staffing agency did not provide me with a contact name, but told me I'd be escorted into "new employee orientation." I signed in at the receptionist's desk as required and waited for about 10 minutes, before the receptionist returned. She didn't know who I was or why I was there, but instructed me to return to the lobby and "wait on one of those black couches"; adding that she'd call someone to retrieve me and lead me into new employee orientation. I waited in the lobby for several minutes, before I had to find a men's room. I returned to the lobby area and waited for 5 additional minutes, before calling the staffing agency to apprise them of the situation. The recruiter had to consult with her account manager. I returned to the receptionist and told her that no one had retrieved me. She then made a number of phone calls, trying to discern to whom I should report. In one conversation, she expressed frustration that she wasn't "in the loop" about whom I was and why I was there. She asked me to return to the lobby area yet again and that she would "definitely find someone" for me. I returned to the first level and continued waiting. A security desk sat near the front entrance to the building and beside another set of glass double doors. There was no phone on it, and it was unoccupied at the time. I noticed a sign near that desk announcing "New Employee Orientation." It was a secured area, however, that I could not access. I asked a few people coming in and out of those doors if they would let me into the area, but no one would let me in there. From the lobby, I could see my truck in the parking lot. Around 10 A.M., a security officer stopped by it and began writing down my license plate number. I told her who I was and why I was there. She was pleasant, but I decided to leave the premises. Once home, I found an email from the staffing agency stating there was a "miscommunication on who would be escorting you into the office room." The recruiter mentioned they had 2 other associates starting that same day and that one of them also had trouble getting into orientation. I emphasized that no one at Conifer seemed to know who I was or why I was there. Her manager called me and gave me the name and phone number of a Conifer employee, Kelly, to contact once I arrived back there. A woman named Amber from Conifer's human resources division called me. She said she had no record of me, but would find out by the time I arrived. I returned to Conifer and called Kelly - who was the receptionist I'd dealt with earlier. A moment later Amber arrived; she apologized for the confusion and immediately began calling some of her constituents. She repeated that she didn't know to whom I should report and led me back to Kelly's desk. Kelly started making more calls. Amber then led me into another office to meet with someone else, but that individual wasn't there. Another person didn't know anything about me either. I left again. Once home I emailed the recruiter about the situation. She replied early the next day and told me to return to Conifer by 8:30 A.M. that same day and ask for someone named Danielle. I arrived at Conifer around 8:15 and gave the same receptionist, Kelly, Danielle's name. Kelly said she couldn't find a phone number for Danielle in the company database. But, she had a business email address for her and sent her a quick message. I immediately called my recruiter and relayed this information. I continued waiting. Kelly didn't receive a reply from Danielle, so she began calling other people within the company. She instructed me to return to the lobby and, once again, wait for someone to "come find" me and escort me into orientation. I asked a few more people to allow me access to that secured area where the orientation sessions were being held, but no one would. I finally approached a group of people in a nearby conference room. None of them knew Danielle. But, after I explained my dilemma, two women began making phone calls to try to find out where I should go. Shortly before 10 A.M., however, my recruiter called and said Conifer decided to pull the position and ordered me to leave the property. Conifer obviously had no idea what was going on. Their complete lack of organization and professionalism wasted a lot of my time and energy; yet they somehow felt it was my fault because I couldn't navigate their convoluted system. read more

Very rude "nurse" that spoke to me on the phone trying to prescribe a treatment that she felt I needed, not what my primary physician recommended. Sorry, I'll follow the doctor that I personally see and who's been treating me for years over someone on the phone that I've never met and who knows NOTHING about me. read more

Every since Conifer took over the billing service for Dartmouth- Hitchcock, it is extremely hard to get any information about your own billing statements. The customer service agents lie to you and make false startments why you can't recieve your statements. They bill you sometimes twice for the same bill even know you already paid that bill. When checking in a Dartmouth don't believe the coustomer service agent sitting at the desk becasue they don't know what they are talking about when they tell you, you own a bill. I also have them print out the bill and read it myself and more then once I didn't own what they told me I owned. Anyone that has to deal with conifer billing service please keep all your reciepts and don't listen to what they tell you. This company is horrible to deal with. read more
