I cannot express the gratitude I have for Jeff at Conley Automotive. From the very beginning of my journey to find someone to help me with my c6 transmission he was honest and upfront. As a female, going to an automotive shop is hit or miss; some people try and up-sell you while others just push you aside thinking you have no idea what you're talking about. Jeff did neither. When I called to ask about some pricing, he asked me to check a few things on my transmission before bring it in. He said, " I don't want to waste your money with something as easy as this." When I checked those things and still couldn't fix the problem he walked me through getting a tow truck and how he was going to approach the diagnosis of my transmission. When the tow truck got to Conley Automotive, I followed it there with some spare pieces of the crossmember and exhaust, Jeff was there to help chat with the tow truck man and look over the truck. He is honest, professional, and kind. I told him the truck was a third car so there was no rush. He updated me every few days on what he'd found upon the initial diagnosis and what needs to be done. When a part of the transmission was missing, he went above and beyond and found that part for me. I have a 6 month old so searching for parts that I wasn't 100% versed on was stressful for me. Jeff called around to some of his contacts and found the exact piece. When my husband and I went to pick up the truck, Jeff gave us a full rundown of what he thinks was wrong with the transmission, how he fixed it, and also some interesting history of the truck. very disapointed in the price they charge.they say one price .then charge you another price.550.00 to replace a power steering pump.and 427.00 to replace a alternator on a 1995 4.3 van.and still had to come back three times.then they wanted to charge me more money to fix a bad wire that caused the problem in the first place that i helped them find. read more

This place is great! I had a weird jerking motion that happened in my car awhile back and multiple car places either thought it was my transmission or a mystery. I brought my car here and they solved the problem (not my transmission) when no one else could. It was an easy process with friendly staff and awesome prices. I had this done in February and four months later, the car is still running great with no signs of the prior issue. I plan to go back with any other car needs that may occur. read more
