I have received treatment from the location in Houston on Shepherd Dr., they recommended that i have a few teeth removed. I agreed with the recommendations as one tooth was infected and I know it needed to be treated. The teeth were removed in December 2023. I had some complications that required another procedure. The specialist who conducted the teeth extraction ad the follow up did not have the best bedside manner. She was somewhat aggressive; she was not calming or comforting. She could improve on her consideration of what the patient is going through. I will continue to go to Connect for my cleanings, but hope to never have to deal with dentist who does the extractions. They treat you well and respectfully with a friendly staff and speak several languages. They serve the greater heights area and surrounding community. My family has been coming here for years. On Monday 2/13 I went to get a Maryland bridge cemented since it came off the previous day. Waited two hours and they did it. I went on a trip to Puerto Rico 3 days after that and my tooth came off from me just talking. I spent my whole vacation without a tooth. I contacted them and I went 2/27 to get it cemented again by them and in less than 24 hours today 2/28 @ 6am it came off again from me sleeping. My regular dentist I go to, the past time it fell was after having it on for over two years. I never had to get it cemented twice in a year let alone in two weeks. Then tells me when I'm there "there's no guarantee it will last days, it's not that I don't know how to do my job" but clearly that's the case. I never had that issue with my previous dentist. They wanted me to get an implant with them but how can I trust their work when you can't even do this correctly. I will continue my services with Grand Trails Dental. I just had oral surgery performed yesterday ,(got a tooth implant), although I had been very hesitant on getting the procedure done I am extremely happy I got it at connect dental! The staff was professional,friendly and cared for their patients, which made me feel comfortable, (The thought of having my gums drilled into was not a pleasant thought). The procedure was very fast and virtually painless! I did not feel a thing! I was talked out of not getting put to sleep and I would say that was a great decision. Getting put to sleep for the tooth implant would have been a complete waste of time! After the procedure was completed I was prescribed medication to help with the "pain". Day number 2 and I feel zero pain! The dentists and oral surgeons know what they are doing. I also got two very deep cavities fixed at connect dental. The cavities were so deep that they almost needed to be treated with a root canal. The dentists hard work and care for their patients saved those two teeth and I did not need a root canal. Would most definitely recommend anyone with need of oral surgery or regular check up to stop by here. In the past I went to a different location to get check ups/cavities fixed and after such a bad experience I did not return. Will definitely be returning to connect dental for all needs ! read more

I had an emergency situation and was unsure if the dental implant and crown that I was experiencing problems with needed to be seen quickly. Dr. Galanis saw me on Saturday morning and assured me I could go see my regular dentist on Monday. She advised me to not chew on that side and wear my night guard. It is so wonderful that she really listened and advised me in such a professional manner. Many other dentists would have probably pressures me to let them do the work.
