I am sooooo glad I chose to make my appointment here. Got to fill out my information online so I went at my scheduled time and didn't have a wait time. First impression: very clean, advanced equipment, nice rooms with entertainment, and the friendliest staff ever at a dentist. After signing in I was in the waiting room for about two minutes. Someone had just been called to the back so I thought I was going to be there perhaps 15 minutes, but instead the dentist that was going to treat me came out and took me to the back himself. Dr. Sahegin was awesome- he asked me if I had any concerns, answered my questions, and we decided to just do a general examination and figure out my workup. Michele came in, introduced herself, and took me to do my x-rays: some positions were slightly painful but nothing I couldn't handle and Michele was quick to minimize the discomfort :) Dr. Sahegin did an extremely detailed evaluation at the chair as well. I can't express how much I appreciate this as I've had my fair share of dentists that don't answer questions, look at the general places to do major work, and you're pretty much out the door. Amazing!!! Had to get touch-ups on a couple of things and a filling so I was there a while as the machine was making it. Michele even took me to look at it and at the precision of the coloring. It was nice to see everything that happened "behind the scenes" (maybe its because I ask a lot of questions though lol). I also had a cleaning and Kelli (hygienist) was absolutely wonderful. I asked her a couple of questions and she gave me good tips too. I felt as though I was being a little pampered to be honest. I know it sounds strange as it's the dentist, right? Whenever water splashed on me they would dry it off or if I re-adjusted I would always get an "are you okay?" I couldn't explain that it wasn't the procedure that bothered me as I had my mouth open but Dr. Sahegin, Michele, and Kelli all equally checked up on me constantly. I will say, it was kind of nice :D Before I left, Dr. Sahegin walked me out and talked to me a bit before I left for follow-up questions and to ask me to fill out a survey that the office was going to send me. They really care about the service they offer their patients which means a lot. I have definitely learned to expect more from dentists and can say that I am extremely comfortable returning here. They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. RUN BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED…read more I emailed them to get a quote for Vivera retainers and was quoted $700 (+$59 "evaluation"). However, what I received were Essix retainers. When I showed them the email, they said it's just a misunderstanding. Great! A dental office misunderstood between retainers made by Invisalign and retainers made in their lab. Not to mention, my Essix cracked after 1.5 months and they said it's due to grinding. However, I had worn my aligner for almost 2 months without issues. They suggested a $250 nigh guard, but didn't answer whether it could function as a retainer. They said if they provided Vivera, it would crack as well. But as I researched, Vivera is much more durable, that's why I chose Vivera at the beginning. Even if you're considering Essix, please get a quote from several dentists. I promise you'll love yourself for doing so. They charged me another $500 for removing attachments. I didn't have time to research because they asked me to sign immediately and didn't quote that in the email. Just wanna let you know that other dentists do it for around $200. After arguing for 1 day, they refunded $700 (not $759) upon Essix's return. I could have lost that amount if I called. Please email/text so you can keep proof.

My experience was horrible, the only plus side was the ease of the extraction process. As it is so…read moremuch to write but so very vivid in my mind that I keep playing it over and over in my head. Needless to say, cliff notes version. I scheduled with a specific doctor but was assisted with the other doctor. The jokes they thought were jokes were insensitive, they didn't take my fear seriously, the receptionists were rude. They don't discuss anything with you as far as recovery I did a lot of research just to find out what expectations I should see after my post extraction surgery. Over heard a conversation while getting surgery and brought it up on my one week post op and was looked at like I was the crazy one, at my 6 week post op never even saw a Dr. the dental assistant that I don't care for took the x-ray and just gave very vague reassurance, no one looked inside my actual mouth to review the recovery or even touch base on the incompleted procedure that was discussed over me during surgery. They don't disclose that there is a credit card fee that is $6 btw. It was just a mess. Not to mention the dentist that did my extraction gave me false hope regarding my consultation diagnosis during my consultation knowing that it was impossible. I have my records but honestly so happy I never have to go back again. The energy in the office is terrible, with the exception of two dental assistants one that is new. I knew she was different I felt her energy and the one who assisted with removing some of the stitches that were hanging, her energy was good too. Otherwise I would not recommend at all. The one star is simply for the fact that the surgery went well.
