I had an appointment yesterday and Ivory was Dr. Nguyen's assistant. As always, Dr. Nguyen was great. He always makes sure I am comfortable, and asks if I have any questions or concerns. I was also impressed with Ivory. During the procedures, he has a few questions for her regarding supplies, scheduling and such, and she was able to answer all his questions. Both of my wisdom teeth were growing horizontally and Dr. Ho advised for them to be taken out as soon as possible. The surgery took about two hours and it was quite difficult taking both of them out. However, Dr. Ho and his staff were attentive and the surgery went smoothly. He came in and was gone in 5 minutes. Told me it doesn't even seem tooth related!!! and gave me some antibiotics. No test no anything, one look and done. Seemed like he was brushing it off. Went to my original dentist and they did multiple X-rays, multiple diffrent test to determine the problem. It was one of my teeth that needed a root canal or extraction. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars

I got a crown put on today and each time they explain what they are about to do and check on you to make sure your as comfortable as possible. But most of all he is gentle and does excellent work. I can't even feel I have a crown on. I will be getting one more and I will only go here. Because of the way i am cared for, treated and taken care of I will remain loyal to this office. I strongly suggest this office and Dr.Nguyen. No one likes going to the dentist of course but they are so gentle you really have nothing to fear as far as pain etc.. GREAT JOB!!
