In…read moreDecember 2024 I had met my deductible and OOP, so my insurance paid 100% of the billed allowable for my hearing aids. My insurance EOB said I owed zero. Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.

First, we were greeted as we walked in the door by 2 welcoming and smiling faces (can't remember their names, but serene vibes). I had to complete my waiver but afterwards we were given a tour of the facilities. They offer a variety of services for your specific needs. We visited for the float tank experience. We reserved a 60 min spot and it was so heavenly I went over time almost an hour (don't judge me). Supposedly, there's a computer like voice that lets you know when your time starts and when it ends. Unfortunately, I didn't get that part of the service (likely why I went over), but my cousin did. My cousin also stated she had music playing, but I unfortunately I didn't have that either. I could hear music faintly but I think it may have been coming from her room. Overall, I feel the staff was professional, the pods were clean and I felt safe to fully enjoy the experience. Definitely will be returning for a do-over with prompts and music this time. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

I was able to do an IV drip which came out $75 (the cheapest I've ever seen!). You can literally buy four vitamins for your bag and the fifth one is free. I do remember having to do a medical consultation for $35 but that price is good for a year I believe. Overall the quality of care is phenomenal, the infrared cocoon is a great detoxification machine and the whole body cryo turned my shivering body into a rejuvenated being!
