Dr. Lucia Gambino was amazing. My brother in law with special needs was not receptive to wearing…read morehearing aids at first but after meeting Dr. Gambino who patiently explained all of his options, his test results, and provided a demo pair to wear for the week, he definitely had a change of heart. She carefully showed him how to wear them, clean them, change the filter, and finally how to charge the hearing aids every night. Our office experience as a first time purchaser of hearing aids was made so convenient with Dr. Gambino's wonderful personality, knowledge of the product, and ability to navigate through all the additional paperwork for us was simply amazing. We are so thankful to Dr. Gambino and we highly recommend her to our friends and family. The Cheung Family

I AM THRILLED TO HAVE CONTINUED and I have found my new "Audio-Angel", Dr. Jessi Figlewicz. Having been once again greeted by "the rock of the practice", Cynthia, I met...and was treated by....Dr. Figlewicz. She is a delight. Dr. Figlewicz clearly cares about her patients. She is a great listener (as an Audiologist should be) and carefully explains everything one should know about their condition.....and hearing needs. I look forward to a long relationship and encourage you to visit. You will be glad you did.

My grandfather has been seeing an audiologist for the last 5 years and has had trouble calibrating…read morehis hearing aids. Our family decided to make a change and visit Eastside Audiology this past year. Dr. Finkelstein and her team are caring, competent and always put the customer first. We ran 30 minutes late to our appointment, yet they were able to see us in a timely fashion. The front desk is a smooth operation! Also, the office is very clean! The attention to detail and level of care my grandfather received was top-notch! Dr. Finkelstein and her team were very thorough and have excellent bedside manner. Admittedly, my grandfather is not the best patient however Dr. Finkelstein was very patient answering all of my grandfather's questions and made him feel comfortable. After my grandfather's diagnosis was updated, Dr. Finkelstein did a recalibration on his hearing aids. His hearing has never been better! Our family can now dine at loud restaurants - Hallelujah! Also, the York peppermint patties in the waiting room are a nice touch!

From check in to being guided to a room, the staff was so nice, the waiting area spotless and calm. My new doctor, Dr. Tian, was SUPERB. She actually LISTENED and confirmed and educated me about my condition. What a relief to "be seen" and spoken to as a person. Her team followed up and suggested I have an allery consult, which I scheduled with no problem. The level of care "bedside" manner and general office experience was reassuring and I am excited to recommend Dr. Lisa Tian

I saw Dr. Raithatha for chronic rhinitis in December 2025. He recommended the Rhinaer ablation…read moreprocedure, and explained that it would be non-invasive and I would be congested for a few days. I was even told I could play pickleball on day 4. He provided the Rhinaer marketing material which also made these claims. I was not made aware of ANY risks. Dr. Rhaithatha was going on vacation after day 3 of the procedure but his assistant said that she would be there if I needed anything while he was away. On Day 10 after the procedure I started having hemorraging nose bleeds in the middle of the night. I ended up on the emergency room twice. The nosebleeds got so bad that by day 4 of nosebleeds I needed to be carried out of my apartment in an ambulance and fainted several times. I ended up having several rounds of a blood clotting factor and a transfusion and spent 5 days in the hospital. I called Dr. Raithatha's office and made them aware of this but his assistant was out also on vacation and the office manager never let Dr Raithatha know what was going on. Dr Raithatha explained that this procedure has a 50% - 70% effective rate and is good for 1 or 2 years. Had I known that there was even a slight chance of hemorrhaging nose bleeds I definitely would not have had it done. Be aware that although rare, a blood vessel in your sinuses get exposed and there is risk involved in this procedure. Make sure there is a solid emergency plan in place if you decide to take the risk. My experience of ENT and Allergy Associates is that they run like a factory and if you are in an emergency situation they are not prepared to deal with it.
