Most of these products are at an affordable cost at the Hair Plus Beauty Supply store, and this is the #1 establishment for my hair products that I can't find anywhere nearby. I absolutely love the customer service by the business owners. They have a very family-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, there are quite a few food courts, particularly Mexican cuisines, great for whenever you need a break from shopping. I definitely recommend B&I Public Marketplace for its excellent selection of products. I personally view this place like a hidden gem, but maybe because I'm low-key, under the radar, and beginning to become more immersed within the Tacoma metro.

This mall has several stores to name a few: -Barnes & Noble - Golden Corral -Hot Topic -H&M -JCPenney -Gyro Twist -Kay Jewelers -Round1 Bowling & Arcade -Target -Old Navy -Bath and Body -Zumiez -Regal Theaters -Children -Pandora -Dick's Sporting Goods -Children's play center -Rivers Cafe and so much more! There's a food court and movie theater. Operation hours are from 10am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday 11am-6pm. Although I rarely shop at the mall. I pay a visit about once every 3-5 months and when I do, I enjoy walking around and splurge a little bit.

I can't think of a better place to go with a group of people. I love having choices! My friends and I went for a walk at Titlow and decided to come to FHS for lunch. Parking used to be much harder before the parking garage was built for Sound Transit. Plenty of parking across the street now. There's Vietnamese, Mexican, Greek, Fish and Chips, Burgers, Indian, and others I can't remember. The Mexican was pretty typical but the Indian food was delicious! 5 stars for them. Next time, Greek for me. Please, owner/manager of Freighthouse, please create a marketing plan. Get the word out. There was hardly anyone there at noon on a beautiful Saturday. This could truly be Tacoma's Pike Place Market if you slapped a coat of paint on it and power washed a bunch of stuff. I don't want FHS to close and turn into expensive apartments/condos. The only downside is that a lot of homeless people are passing by and can be really dangerous coming here at night by yourself. Being extra vigilant at night is a must! They have a huge range of PWN products to choose from; everything from food & wine, shirts, artwork, jewelry, to trinkets. I'm always on the lookout for really cute cards since I buy a few a year and this place is definitely on my list now! Great selection of Chukar cherries, they had most if not all of the flavours. I walk in and find out that it's a goddamn working skate shop AND coffee shop!!!!! I was asked what I wanted and before answering the topic of where I'm from came up and I told them and the damn owner lived there once and learned how to make a coffee drink that's local to New Orleans so he fuckinh made it for me!!!!!! Haven't had one since I left home 6yrs ago! The atmosphere is electric, the customers coming in and out were all regulars, the service was epic I tipped way more than what is expected! This is a great store for children clothes mostly under 5T…read more I went with my 1 1/2 year old, there is a play section for kids to the left right when you walk in which is nice because clothes shopping with toddlers is never fun. The owner didn't talk to much, seemed like a nice man though. There's ALOT of children clothes and for a very good price. There's a limited supply of baby items like strollers and etc but I also didn't ask him if they carry anything else in the back. For around 22 dollars I bought 3 jeans, a coat and a pair of shoes so I'd say that's a pretty good deal (: It's worth checking out, there's also a dollar rack in the front right when you walk in.
