I prerequested a non sedated procedure.Under way he seemed to blame every thing on a bad prep until I succumbed to their insessant demands for sedation on the table and the pain got to much.. If he had been skillful enough no sedation is usually nessacary. European Doctors rarely request expensive sedation. No the guy is suggesting a 2 year followup at age 67! He has a good sense of humor which makes for a good bedside manner. Now keep in mind I haven't seen him in over 3 years and yet he knew me right away. I called the billing office and the woman was so rude when I explained the situation and was told that the physician knows he cannot do that. I trusted what he told me, not knowing that even if you are due for a screening, it can still be charged otherwise. In addition, I had the procedure in the hospital and they were short staffed and were trying their best but as I sat waiting, everyone could hear the nurse on the phone talking to another floor about Christopher xxxx (she said his full name) and when was the last time he used cocaine so they could determine when he could come down for his colonoscopy, completely breaching patient confidentiality. Their office staff also accidentally called me to tell me that my insurance wasn't going to cover a prescription and when I told the woman that I don't think I had a prescription for that she paused, confirmed who she was calling (which was not me) and then apologized and said she dialed the wrong number.

You wait 40 minutes, put in a room to wait for him to come in. He opens the door, no hello how are you, and barks come with me. In the other room he sits facing the computer as if it is the patient, never makes eye contact, rushes, doesn't educate the slightest bit. I can't imagine what made him treat us so poorly. His answer to the question "what kind of fiber should be taken" was "any kind they are all the same". When I asked in return should it be soluble or insoluble he became angry and said said "you tell me doctor". He simply could have answered the question or educated the patient but he chose out right rudeness and unprofessionalism. I pray that this doctor who overbooks, rushes and has no patience for patient questions does not make a mistake that alters the course of someone's life. If you feel that kindness and compassion matters when choosing a doctor look else where.

I went in for banding to treat a hemorrhoid, and the initial plan was to have three procedures done. But by the second procedure, Dr. Wazazz seemed completely unaware of my identity and had to ask which procedure we were on. He didn't even glance at my chart and kept asking which procedure this was. It was our fourth session, not the third, and I'm not sure what he did during that extra procedure. If there was any progress, it's been undone, as I've been bleeding for weeks. The whole experience felt disorganized, which made me incredibly nervous. I found it odd that he wanted me to continue with more procedures, and it feels like a money grab, especially since the treatment isn't working. This is aside from the fact that Dr. Wazazz had zero bedside manner and showed no respect for my privacy. She was very thorough on my first visit. I had never been to see a natural health practitioner prior to this visit, so I was pleasantly surprised. The wait was very minimal, but I must advise you THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE, except for OB/GYN services (annual exams). I had a total of three visits. On the first visit she had me describe my health history, current symptoms, ordered specialty lab work, and then made some recommendations of things to complete by my follow up visit. On the second visit, I went over my recommended items, got the results of my lab work, and then she preceded to make 3 tinctures of medicinal remedy using flower extracts and recommended vitamin supplements. Within one month of my second appointment I felt much better, but was really unable to measure the results without doing more extensive follow-up lab work which I thought was pretty pricey and time consuming. On the third visit she completed my annual exam, and advised if I had normal results, I wouldn't have to repeat for another 5 years. This surprised me, as I was always advised women should have annual exams Annually. This is why its called an ANNUAL EXAM. Anyway, the experience was a good one overall, but I did feel the doctor wasn't really able to relate with me on a personal level. At times she seemed very meek, as if she didn't really know how to treat me. At the time I had a lot going on, but not enough to look bewildered at times like a deer caught in the headlights!!! Sent a message to the doctor about a question for my up coming MRI that needed to be done. Was hoping to have it done before my $250 visit with her so i can have more information for our visit and had a question about her thoughts on contrast. And instead they cancelled my appt . Without my knowledge ( that i requested time off work for) Told me they don't have any other medical advice for me . Didn't even call me with a payment option or advising what needed to be paid prior to cancelling. Called back in asked for the manager again who then had her employee call me back to tell she is too busy and she doesn't believe the other rep would've ever been rude to me because she knows her personally (even though the calls are recorded) not willing to pull the call or resolve . This would be the second person essentially accusing me- Visits are booked out longer& at this point because of the horrible customer service i don't even want an appt here and will take care of the balance with collections instead of through them. All of this while dealing with several serious health issues! Major communication issue here!
