Works on the house brand "Our Table" cookware (which is pretty inferior ) but not on the Calphalon or All-clad . Frustrating . Without these coupons the store isn't that great a deal And I can get better selection elsewhere.

We ordered a full replacement for toilet #1 and a "guts replacement" and a new seat (the old one had cracked) for toilet #2. A few days later, the job was done, and I want to also give a shout out to Office Manager Cam and Andy, the plumber who handled all of the work at our house. Everything looks and works great, and we had a very nice first party consumer experience with Avon. By the way, their showroom is amazing!

I purchased a kitchen faucet at Costco for replacing my current kitchen faucet that was very hard…read moreto actuate. I tried to replace it, however I ran into a roadblock. Called Avon Plumbing, Peter, the plumber came out, very gray older man, late fifties or early sixties. Peter couldn't identify the existing faucet, so he didn't know if he had any replacement parts. So he choose to replace the kitchen faucet with the Costco replacement. The shutoff valves were seized with hard water deposits & he couldn't free it up, so he replaced these two valves. Peter then replaced the kitchen faucet. Peter, worked fast, was very knowledgeable & experienced. (that's why I stated his age) The final bill was $361.71 for parts & labor. Peter was here for 1.5 hours. Avon Plumbing was pricy, but worked quickly & did good work.

Fast forward to today. The knob on the faucet spout became stripped and needed to be replaced. Having no idea on the hardware manufacturer, I called Carefree to inquire so I could get a replacement part. They informed me the installation has a lifetime warranty and offered to schedule a free onsite replacement. Of course I accepted their offer. The technician arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was pleasant and professional when I asked him a few related questions. As he was leaving he told me "call us if you have any other issues, we'll come out and take care of them for you." Overall, a very pleasant experience.
