Experimax Canton - Mac repair near me

I went into Experimax in Canton Ohio to have a right speaker replaced in my MacBook Pro. I picked…read moreit up today and there's a sizable dent on my Mac Pro. Jason immediately became defensive and said: "Why would I put a dent in your MacBook Pro ". I have pictures proving there was no dent before I dropped it off to them. This company needs to be held accountable for their errors. I am contacting the BBB! I am not a reviewer, just a customer who feels that were not given the truth about what happened to my MacBook Pro. I tried to say to you in your store this dent was not there when I bought it in. I have proof pictures that are dated and time stamped to show this dent was not there.

Once again, Experimac comes through for me. My 2014 refurbished MacBook Pro died when the semester…read moreended and I thought (hoped) it might be the battery, but no, the motherboard bit the dust. In speaking with Jermaine I determined that my best bet going forward would be an iMac. Fortunately they had just what I needed, with lots of memory and storage. They moved everything from my laptop to the iMac which made for a seamless transition. The refurbished 2017 machine is working beautifully. I really appreciated the discount for parts given to me for the old MacBook. In the last year I also purchased my Apple TV setup and a battery for my iPhone X. These people are seriously into good customer service and make it possible for more people to afford Apple products.

The first time was when I unknowingly put thermal paste underneath my CPU and ruined my motherboard. So after I purchased a new motherboard, I was still having issues with the PC. I took it back to RizTech and they were able to fix all the issues that I was having. They are amazing people, and are very tech-savvy. Not to mention it's a small business! This is all after a friend of mine recommended them to me because she has been going to them every time she has any sort of issues with her Nintendo Switch, or other devices!!! Thank you so much RizTech!!!!

I was originally willing to chalk this up as a bad experience simply because it wasn't what I…read moreexpected. The owner was willing to offer a refund for the file issue. When I returned to the shop to get my refund, I brought the laptop. The owner, the day before, had had me try to log in after offering me the refund, but I had forgotten my password and needed to try at home. However, knowing I had to download over 200GB of files from OneDrive myself, I spent 45 minutes trying to log into Microsoft across my phone and three PCs, but could not. Tech A was cool toward my presence but listened and helped me get logged in. While the refund was processing, I opened the OneDrive box and noted out loud that it was asking to upload, but I needed to download. That is when Tech B snapped at me, saying, "YOU don't get that." He meant that because I was getting a refund, he wouldn't help me. I pointed out that even for the full fee, the shop had originally sent me home with zero instructions on how to log in or download my files. Up until Tech B's words, I was going to move on. As a senior citizen, that petty comment and his angry, dismissive attitude are what I will remember about this business. A sincere apology from the owner and the technician would make this right, but so far, they have chosen not to take that path. UPDATE: I formally notified the owner via email about this incident, and he chose not to respond or address his staff's behavior apparently. I took both of my computers to Ram Online in Brunswick, where they treated me with total respect and started the OneDrive download for free in under a minute.
