    Very disappointed. Made an appointment with Jalen for a test drive on Saturday. When I got there an…read morehour later, he was not there and all the other sales staff was busy. I left and came back the next day and this time Jalen was there. Though he was helping other customers, he set me up with two vehicles to test drive. When I came back, he was still helping other customers. No issue at all. So I wrote down exactly what I was looking for- I wanted the quotes for the vehicles with total cost and taxes and fees broken down. I got an unclear text reply with a quote for only one of the vehicles. Over the next two days we texted each other several times and he never sent me the numbers. Today, when I reached out again and said I received this info from two other dealers (with no issue at all) and that I was hoping he would send to me as I want to make a deal tomorrow, he responded that he was busy, his time was important and that he cant really give a best price because there is no such thing. What? How is there no such thing? He told me I'd need to come in (yet again) to sit down to get the best price. Interesting because he had just said there was no such thing. He then questioned why I was calling "16 places" for a quote. I have no idea where he got that from because I never said that or anything remotely close to it. He said its a "waste of time for me to run a number" and "I'm not going to give you no number (sic). If you want my best price come through the door". Yeah, because the two other times I went through the door don't count, I guess. He also said he's "transparent". So I'm confused why he refused to give an offer in writing. Maybe its me but this isn't how you win someone's business. Or trust. In fact this experience made me feel like I can't trust him or this dealership at all. So I'll buy from somewhere else. Just a poor experience.

What really stood out was how straight forward every thing was. All the sale prices were clearly posted on the vehicles-no negotiating, no haggling, no pressure. We were able to browse through a large selection locally and even knew there were thousands more available nationwide if needed. We found the perfect minivan in Huntington in under an hour and the paperwork process was just as smooth and efficient. Our saleswoman, Amanda, also took the time the explain the option of an extended warranty since the vehicle was past manufacturer's coverage. Even though we had heard mixed reviews about extended warranties, we decided to go with a 4-year/60,000 mile plan- and we're so glad we did. We've now had to use the warranty twice. The first time, the radiator and water pump needed replacement-over $3,000 worth of work-and it was completely covered without any hassle. Now we're dealing with another internal engine issue costing thousands more, and once again, everything is being handled seamlessly. Not once have we had to stress or worry about the process. We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase through Enterprise. Since then, we've recommended them to a least five other people, all of whom have also had great experiences. I was greeted by the sweetest girl and from that point on I was blown away by the attention, kindness, effort and efficiency of every person I came in contact with. I've never experienced anything like it at any dealership. I'm still working on buying a new car from them, but I simply couldn't wait to leave a positive review for them!

    On 5/18/26 I put a $500 deposit on a new 2026 Ford F150 XLT with the Black Appearance Package Plus…read moreat Empire Ford of Huntington. The black package is a chrome delete option you pay extra for. Black 20" wheels, painted body color bumpers and black badging. The salesman, Fred Marotti, showed me the truck. It was parked under a tree at there service department back lot. The truck was filthy. He promised the truck would be spotless at delivery. I told him I wanted no dealership badging on my truck other than a license plate frame. On 5/29/26 my wife and I went to pick the truck up. We went out to see the truck. Both side panels on the box had scratches from the tree branches where the truck was stored. The driver's door had two chips in the paint on the edge. The front bumper was scratched. The FX4 decal on the bed had a scratch. The bed was dirty and filled with leaves and branches. When I pointed them out to Fred Marotti his response was "I will order you a bottle of touch up paint". The imbecile actually thought I was going to hand paint chips and scratches on a brand new $67,925 truck. I then looked down to see that the idiot drilled through the wheel lip openings on the back two fenders and the inner wheel wells. He mounted two cheap chrome mud flaps with large rubber extensions behind the rear wheels. Of course they had Empire Ford logos on both. These were the hideous mud flaps you see on commercial dump trucks and landscaping trucks. We were in shock. I told him he voided the sale and we wanted our deposit back. We went into the showroom. He wrote out a cancellation of sale receipt which he signed. He told us the $500 refund would appear back in our account within 5-10 business days. We never got it. I called him and he would not return our calls. I called his manager, Sam Greene. He saw the refund was never issued. He promised he would submit it within 24 hours. He didn't. I tried calling him at the dealership. He wouldn't take my call or return my message. He used his receptionist, Elaine, as a shield to intercept my calls. I have filed a dispute with my bank and credit card company. My advice to anyone interested in buying a Ford is avoid Empire Ford of Huntington. And at all costs avoid the two low lifes that work there. Fred Marotti and Sam Greene.
