Two years ago, we purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica with about 40,000 miles from Enterprise-A-Car Car Sales in Huntington, NY, and it was honestly the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. What really stood out was how straight forward every thing was. All the sale prices were clearly posted on the vehicles-no negotiating, no haggling, no pressure. We were able to browse through a large selection locally and even knew there were thousands more available nationwide if needed. We found the perfect minivan in Huntington in under an hour and the paperwork process was just as smooth and efficient. Our saleswoman, Amanda, also took the time the explain the option of an extended warranty since the vehicle was past manufacturer's coverage. Even though we had heard mixed reviews about extended warranties, we decided to go with a 4-year/60,000 mile plan- and we're so glad we did. We've now had to use the warranty twice. The first time, the radiator and water pump needed replacement-over $3,000 worth of work-and it was completely covered without any hassle. Now we're dealing with another internal engine issue costing thousands more, and once again, everything is being handled seamlessly. Not once have we had to stress or worry about the process. We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase through Enterprise. Since then, we've recommended them to a least five other people, all of whom have also had great experiences. I am So thankful I found Enterprise used car sales In Huntington. I had been to several (5 to be exact) car dealerships looking for a car. It was a disaster. Dealing with the sales people and then getting handed off to the finance people was brutal. I would be there over an hour each time only to find out it's a waste of time every time. My credit isn't great. It's in the high 500's. I walked into Enterprise thinking it would be same story Different Day. Russel was the sales person I dealt with and I'm so glad he was. He was great. Easy going, professional, and no hard sell like other places. We sat down, I told him my history of dealing with dealers and my not great credit rating. We found a vehicle in my price range and went through the financing application. He didn't give me a song and dance like other dealerships did and didn't hand me off to a financing person like others. We got it done quickly and easily and I was approved. We dealt with the car insurance agent on the phone together which made the process tolerable. I told him I was waiting for the lightning bolt to hit. The process was going to smooth. He laughed and told me he's got me covered, no lightning bolts to worry about. He definitely did. They also include a 3 year 30,000 miles bumper warranty with their vehicles. All other places had fees for their extended warranties. His name is Russel and I am so grateful to him, the manager who was also great, and the entire staff. I had bought a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder at Enterprise Car Sales in S. Florida so when it came time to buy another car, I sought out Enterprise once again. Even though I had financing in place and asked them NOT to run my credit as I had a blank check in my purse, the manager ran my credit 5 times!!!! I know they just wanted to make more money by getting their financing, but they completely ignored my requests or non approval. (The male manager in the corner office - don't want to even remember his name anymore). They made me wait a couple of hours and when finally they said they don't do business with Cap One Lending anymore. What? Then why did you keep me waiting for so long? Did you think I would cave and give into your demand for money?? Idiots! Then the manager told me if I wanted to use Cap One Auto Finance I would have to put a down payment on the car. No No No not gonna fool me today Charlie. YOU DON'T NEED A DOWN PAYMENT WITH AN APPROVED LOAN. When I called the manager on it, he mumbled something and fled into his office and shut the door. I told them I would report them which I did and walked out the door. He may get away with this illegal practice with some people who don't know otherwise, but not me. Haha I had the last laugh when I found a reputable dealer the next day who happily took my financing and never once ran a credit check on me. My car is bigger, newer and more beautiful and I got it for a much better price! I will never recommend this place because of their shady operations. They know who they are, and how they operate. There is way too much competition out there with nice, SINCERE dealers who won't run your credit if you ask them and will get you into the car of your dreams. I'm in love with them!!! Xavier and Amy were amazing!!!! I totaled my car. I was devastated. I used Enterprise through my insurance, and I happened to ask them if the truck I was using was for sale. While it wasn't, they advised me their vast inventory. I met with Amy and Xavier, who showed me a few models. I didnt speak to them for a few weeks, but something Amy said stuck with me. She said " Let me know if you have any questions at all, even if its not a car we are selling." which showed me that she genuinely wanted to help, not just for a commission. I reached back out to them after visiting a few new dealers and feeling like I was not paid attention to.... I told them "I want the biggest and best V6 black SUV I can get for this amount of money" Not only did they provide me with many options, but they ended up finding me my dream truck. A GMC Terrain SLT-2 with Sunroof, chrome EVERYTHING, all the little features I truly wanted but deep down would do without. They found everything I wanted. I am elated to have gone through them for my purchase. They are both amazing. The sales process was simple and completely stress free and Customer Service couldn't be better. Worst car buying experience ever at Enterprise Car Sales Huntington NY! They do a lot of quick talking to convince you to buy a car and then to get you out the door fast! Staff makes you feel very uncomfortable when needing to ask questions. Would not recommend buying a car from this place as they don't stand by their promises. They say they do a complete inspection of the cars before selling them but that is not true. I wanted to return the car I purchased from them but they would not take it back - the seven days you have to return a car as they inform you was not even over when I contacted them that I wanted to return the car to them and get a refund for it. Now I have to live with a new car that needs repairs that could have been handled by Enterprise before they put this car up for sale instead of having the customer deal with it. Can't believe how unprofessional this place is!! The one thing they are good at though is they're all real smooth fast talkers!! Don't believe what they tell you - go to a dealer for a used or new car. Will inform Attorney General's office of their practices. read more
