I am a member of MCU and for years I often saw various advertisements of Enterprise selling cars. Due to a very bad experience I had with FORD, I wanted to make use of the MCU & Enterprise collaboration. I am SO happy I did. I was approved for a car loan and Dave from Enterprise contacted me within 30 mins of when MCU called me to let me know that I was approved for the loan. I made an appointment for the following day. I did not even have to wait until the sale date that was being advertised with MCU. Dave listened to my horror with Ford and valued that he would make sure that I left their office satisfied and boy was he correct. Based on what we discussed the very first car that he brought to me I ended up purchasing. He listened to my wants and needs. I am very delighted about that. On October 24th, 2016, my wife and I went to Enterprise Car Sales in Huntington (ECS-H) to look about possibly purchasing a car. We had rented Hyundai Sonatas from Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Bellmore in the past and really liked them. At ECS-H, we sat down with salesman Benjamin Kitzen. He was very helpful, kind, patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked with us and helped us find the right car for us which turned out to be a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Overall, purchasing a car with this company--specifically from the Huntington, NY location--has been a good experience. The sales rep I worked with (Connor) was very pleasant, attentive to what I was looking for in a car, never came across as intrusive or rude, and did his best to make my purchase satisfying. He deserves five stars hands down. The only reason why I gave four stars is because I was treated unprofessionally by one of the assistant branch managers regarding a minor issue with the car. However, I was assured by his senior that his behavior would be addressed and the issue with the car would be handled immediately, and it was. Additionally, please check the exterior of the car you purchase very carefully as mine had scratches near the bottom that I did not initially see and two small chips in the windshield. I bought a Chevy pick up truck at enterprise a year ago this month. I dealt with Cassandra who was awesome. She respected my time knowing that I'm extremely busy as a business owner and that I needed to pick up the truck in a timely manner. I found the truck online originally came in and she greeted me I was able to take it on a test drive immediately. Afterwards, we started the finance paper work process and set an appointment for the next day to come In and finalize everything and drive it out. The process was 1-2-3 and the no haggle price was great and was extremely competitive to what other dealerships had posted online. There was also no hidden fees which I really appreciated. Did everything over the phone, saw the car I wanted, he had it shipped from Delaware for a very small fee. Car came so quickly and I absolutely love it. Jason did everything I asked. Asked him to please run my credit through one bank and he did, got me an outstanding APR and a 4 year warranty all very a very low payment plus only 4 year loan. He answered all of my questions even after work hours which was very helpful. No haggling, no all day if not more at a dealership, no step into the finance managers office none of that. I wanted to buy a used Jeep Wrangler. I was going crazy trying to find one in good condition.I saw Enterprise Car Sales in Huntington had one on there website very easy to navigate. 2 months ago I totalled my beloved Tacoma and had no desire to drive, let alone buy a car. My mom and sister dragged me to Enterprise to look at a car and I was probably the most miserable customer they've had but that all changed when Russell very patiently showed me almost every car in the lot. Their inventory is impressive, the vehicles are clean and well maintained and when I wouldn't test drive the car, he drove us all around for a test drive and the next thing I knew I was the proud owner of a beautiful Jetta and just like that I was back on the road. I came in with my first car loan and a good idea of what I wanted. Ann Katherine spent a great deal of time helping me understand the process while being completely transparent and never pushy. This place is incredibly convenient in that they work with the DMV, insurance company and credit union to ensure I didn't have to take time off work during the week to take care of it myself. Big shout-out to all the staff and especially Ann Katherine for the good experience. I felt like I was having great friendly conversation the whole time and never felt like I had to keep my guard up to prevent myself from getting the short straw.
