I love this cozy coffee shop! The inside was cozy and clean. There's plenty of space to sit, have a coffee, and do work. There is a drive-thru I didn't realize this till I went inside. If you need more time to order or want to stay in your car, this is a great option. The staff was nice and helpful with helping us decide what to order! The staff was welcoming and friendly which is always greatly appreciated. We ordered the CarMocha iced latte. I was not expecting the mocha to overthrow the caramel flavor however it was still good. The iced wonderful white raspberry latte was amazing I would order it again. The iced double caramel delight latte was "a delight." Overall, I will be back, and can't wait to try other flavors! read more

A very pleasant discovery! I know if I was in need a laundromat that is clean and quiet attached to a cafe with really good food, I'd get a lot of laundry done! Fresh and delicious sandwiches. Location / Atmosphere - A very nice option for a quick lunch in Watertown WI. Very clean and well managed. Very pleasant restaurant / coffee house with plenty of room. There was a small group around 8 people when I was there that were meeting. Plenty of room and I didn't even know that they were there. Food / Beverage - I had the Chicken salad sandwich when I was there. Nice over-all and tasted 'home made' with nice sized pieces of chicken throughout. Their 'Cole slaw' was very nice as well and not to 'mayonnaise(y)'. Also grabbed a quick cup of coffee on my way out. Nice selection of various coffee flavors. Perfect for a quick cup to-go before hitting the road. Service - Very friendly, pleasant and attentive service. In summary - A very nice place. Would put 0 stars if it were an option. When we came in to grab an ice cream cone we realized that none of the employees were wearing masks. When we asked why this was we were told that it was ridiculous to expect them to wear masks if we were already wearing them. We were then told that if we were vaccinated we were safe. One, I'm not vaccinated and two, they're still putting people at risk if they're preparing food without a mask during a pandemic no matter how many people are vaccinated. When we expressed our concerns we were laughed off and told that our concerns were irrelevant. Never coming back here, pandemic or no pandemic. read more

I have been inside the café 3 times now and each time had a bad experience. The first time I was there with a few of my classmates working on some presentations and we were working in the room between the café and laundry mat. When one of my group members asked for the wifi password the employee refused to give it to us until we all bought something at the café or paid the $1.50 to use the wifi. The second time I was there, a week later, we were working again in the little room with the fireplace with the tables pushed together, as we did the previous week and had no problems. The owner, I believe, came into the room and began moving our stuff (even unplugging computers) before telling us why and when she did tell us why she used a very snarky tone. She wanted us to move the tables in a different manner so that if other customers wanted to come in there they would be able to easily-- WHICH IS FINE. It was just the way that she approached us that was very rude and we were very caught off guard. The third time I was there I brought a friend from another class who had been a customer before and really enjoyed their teas and the convenience of the shop being that is it right next to school. We were in the small dividing room again. The owner, yet again, as she delivered my tea and bagel, she asked my friend "are you a laundry customer" and then followed with you either need to pay the $1.50 to use the internet or need to buy something. My friend replied that she is not using the internet and the owner went on to change her wording and said that in order to be there she needed to buy something. My friend replied that she was maybe going to come up and get something soon or on her way out so that she had it for class. The owner then replied "mhm, that would be fine" and walked away. Needless to say, my friend refused to give that café her money after being treated like that. I will NOT be returning to this café and will share my experiences with fellow classmates because no customer should be treated like that. read more

I come up every summer to Watertown, Wisconsin and am always looking for a cute cafe! Finally I found one! This one is connected to a laundry mat. Which makes it super convenient. The owners are especially nice and frequently check on you. The food is fantastic. I LOVED the ham and cheese croissant. It was light and fluffy yet had that little crispy flakey texture. The hot chocolate and all the coffees are delicious as well. They make beautiful latte art. One of my favorites is a drink that had white chocolate and raspberry with coffee. It was on their specialty menu. Overall this place is a 10 out of 5!! read more

Food was good, but always incredibly slow - they should just be a coffee shop, not cafe... Staff is nice and so are the owners, but don't go if you're in a hurry! The chai tea is one of the super sweet versions - I would not get it again... Great location though, and cute place. read more

This place has horrible coffee. The prices are ridiculous for some of the worst coffee I've ever had before. Do Not order a regular cup of coffee, taste very strange and gross. It is also a laundry mat, which makes it a terrible place to go study. Plus, the service is very slow, yet hurries you up to order. The chairs are uncomfortable and very awkwardly setup. The place looks cute, but I am not paying for a nice looking place, unless it is my home. The internet doesn't work half the time, the foods are either average or horrible, depending on what you order. If getting anything, choose the breakfast foods, something simple, like a muffin. If looking for a place to study, I suggest, Tribeca. If you are wanting the best coffee in town, I suggest, Latte Donatte. And if theses are not to your liking, Berres Brothers is always a good choice. Hope this helped. read more

Walking into the restaurant, I found that there was a really home atmosphere that was present. The only thing that made me not appreciate the place was the attitude of the workers. I walked in, set my stuff down on the table and began to unpack everything. Not even in the shop for 5 minutes a worker had came over and said that I needed to purchase a menu item in the most snippiest, rude attitude that they could possibly have. I went up and bought a bottle of water then later i was going to purchase some lunch. Then the manager, I am guessing, then came over and had said that I needed to purchase an item and that this isn't a library and I couldn't study and I am only using their supplies... a table and chairs. I am not from the area and I was completely caught off guard when this happened... never again will I got there! read more
