A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. These guys are so bad…read more... #1 - they charged me $458 twice and they are saying that it didn't happen. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

She dismissed me to a pay by minute desk top computer, did not communicate clear instructions on the steps to take to get my password protected document printed ... and a few minutes in doing no way to end the session, and that she was occupied with looking through display content i actually wondered if I could simply unplug the machine in order to stop the count that would eventually show up credit card. Frustrated I decided to head back over to the service desk , but encountered Dominic and that when an abysmal experience turned stellar. Dominic stopped the clock, processed a refund for me since the task could not be completed at a public computer, and did so with such every day ease that I instantly began to relax, and feel like a valued customer instead of someone dismissed and not worth a Staple employee's consideration. In the end Dominic helped me with a related purchase, and even though I was next in line, he took the initiative by signing in at an unoccupied cashier booth in order to process that purchase and get me on my way. Dominic addressed my need, concerns and helped me achieve the best end result considering all factors. I appreciate him and my Staples experience today. My monthly cost dropped to $29.95 - less than a third of what I had paid for 10 years. I've been with them now for about 8 years, with zero problems, great signal quality, and friendly service. The owner of the business, Shawn Currier, is usually front and center there to help you. He was the person who originally signed me up and picked out the best deal for my needs. He was right on the money! I would much rather spend my money at a locally owned business than a corporate behemoth. And of course, with superb pricing and friendly service, there's not much to think about. Last year I got a new phone. I went android and bought a Samsung at Walmart. It had to be Verizon phone because of the signal. I went to a Verizon store after I got the phone to buy a protective hard rubber case for it. The salesperson at the Verizon store informed me that because I wasn't in the Verizon system with THEIR phone plan, they couldn't even sell me the case(for $40). Are you kidding? I bought a better one on Amazon for $16. No place is perfect, and I see a few people here who had bad experiences.
